Food was good as usual at bdubs. The service was absolutely the worst. I’m usually in and out in 40 minutes. I’m the only one at the bar and spent an hour and 20 minutes. That’s sad!
Order #1000056279320 I used my app to place order 40 bone in wings with fries. 60% were over cooked. Was shorted 3 wings and pick up time was off the mark by 10-15 minutes. Pick up I understand with the food industry having trouble finding help. But the shortage and overcooked issue is not tolerable. I will think twice about eating here again. BWW was always my go to place for bone in wings but last winter season while in Arizona Native Wings is setting a new bar!
I scheduled an order that ended up running late due to a power outage — totally out of their control. The manager came out personally, was incredibly apologetic, and you could tell she was genuinely stressed about the situation.
