If you don't mind food that is lower even then junk food, enjoy. The wings are beyond over cooked. There are no less than 40 televisions absolutely everywhere around you. Definitely not a family restaurant and the food was deplorable. Never again to be sure.Update: The canned response they post is a scam. There is nowhere on that page that says 'Orders & Visits'. Nowhere. Steer clear people! Perfect example of what's wrong with them right here!

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings experience. I’d like to give a 5 star review to our server KC who quickly troubleshooted how to accommodate a huge group of us in for a volleyball tournament. She was really on top of everything and took great care of us. Some other servers in the restaurant seemed visibly annoyed with our request to accommodate a big group.

Best Management!On 2/16/24, there was a mistake on my pick-up order, and I was quite disappointed, however, the manager helped greatly. Rochelle (hope I spelled it right) solved the issue for me and reminded me why I will stay a long-time customer. Customer service means a lot to me, and even though the situation was a problem, she provided an immediate solution, which I greatly appreciate!!!I highly recommend this restaurant as they guarantee satisfaction.

Had a get together yesterday with some old Cedar Point friends, food was good but I didn't realize that my husband order an appetizer and we waited for our bill (even order food to take home) mixed up our bill with a friends bill but NEVER RECEIVED OUR APPETIZER, Finally paid for our bill the correct one was almost home to remember we never got our appetizer.
Made a order online. Gave me the time it would be done went to pick it up and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the food. Once I got my food my burger was wrong and cold. My wings were horrible. I got chips and salsa and they forgot the salsa.. just a bad experience overall. Basically 35 dollars down the drain...
