This store has some staff problems. 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my food! Only 10 tables filled! My waitress spent more time on her phone than with us
Very bad service on 4/19.
Waitress was very rude.
Rolled eyes, sighed, and genuinely felt like a bother for asking for a refill, ketchup or biscuits. Anything.
We got charged for an extra basket of biscuits and she didn’t inform us. Just said she would have to check if she could.
Also, one of our sons got like 10 fries with his chicken tenders which was disappointing.
We spend so much as a family of 5 and we love Cracker Barrel, but it was a such bad experience...read full review
Horrible service still in Sandusky Ohio store. Waitress very inattentive. If we asked for more biscuits or drinks she rolled her eyes like we are a bother. Still the same as before nothing positive changed.
