Place was empty, service slow, not friendly, asked about menu item and waiter couldn’t tell me - I have glaucoma. I believe this is one of the restaurants of Cracker Barrel that is closing! Waiter was having many problems - we are seniors and needed help with menu! She refused. I will be reporting them to the Health Department for conditions and refusing to help senior with menu - I was very upset because of her rudeness!

I love the chicken and dumplings. Went with my grand daughter Monday. The dumplings were big lumps and in the middle something brown. My grand said her ham was so salty she couldn't eat it. So dissatisfied

Have you noticed, when Cracker Barrel started serving alcohol the crowds have died down . Now they had to cut the menu down . It used to be one of the few places you didn’t have to worry about seeing people drinking. I my self and the older people we know don’t like that kind of atmosphere. You had a good thing going and let it slip away!Kid-friendliness: Serving alcohol is not kid-friendly!!!!

Hot tea was barely warm and chocolate milk looks like chocolate water. Hash brown casserole wasn't fully cooked. My daughter liked her pancakes and another adult said their French toast bake was good. Now half of us need to find somewhere else to eat since we are leaving hungry.
