Placed a order to pick up, supposed to be done at 12:45. Checked in and waited and waited. 7 cars went through the drive through while we were sitting waiting. Finally pulled into the drive through since no one was coming out. Finally at 1:05 we got our order through the drive through. When asked what took so long he said they had to do the drive through 1st. wtf is the point of ordering ahead ? Only 2 people working. Poor staffing. Poor customer service. Burgers were cold and hard. Slushy barely had flavor. More ice than anything. Very disappointed in this place. Not only that but their ladder wasn’t locked away. A child could climb that and get hurt.
Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am 67 years old for reference. Was getting food with my grandson and ordered 50$ worth of food. Not only was I waiting in line for days on end, Sydney was being a complete jerk to me. The order was wrong and they were blasting inappropriate music while they were cooking. Sonic Drive-In offers a good experience with nice service, despite occasional wait times and stock issues. Menu items like corn dogs, cherry limeade, and pretzels are consistently satisfying. The shakes are good at 1/2 price. The hostess at the window was very polite and friendly. Food was correct and tasty. The only down side was a limit of 5 condiments. This Sonic location may face challenges, but its loyal customers hope for improvement.
