This has been a favorite stop aftercare Point, but we are noticing that the service has been declining. Food is taking a lot longer to receive and not as much care is being given to presentation.
This Culvers was in Sandusky Ohio. The drive thru was practically empty. We ordered burgers and fries. That exening when we got home my daughter became ill claiming it had to be the burger from Culver'

So a customer comes in when we are getting ready to leave, he is upset because he waited 25 minute to get food, then left had to come back as he had missing items and wrong items. Young girl on duty es alating by arguing with him, and acting like it is no big deal he had to come back. A male employee came out showed empathy and said he would take care of it. Why employee are not taught not to argue with the customer. Just say so sorry I will make this right and I really do understand...read full review
