McDonald's in Sandusky

“We went through the drive thru, and surprisingly, everything was easy going from start to finish. The line went smooth and fast, the cashier was sweet and patient with my husband, and the food was hot and fresh. I'm not always too fond of McDonald's food, especially traveling to different ones, but this is one of the best ones we have been to- all around.“

“I had been out of town for a doctor’s appointment and placed a mobile app order where I ended up missing an item. I called this McDonald’s and spoke with Charlene, and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to what happened, was kind, understanding, and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden. She simply took care of the situation without making it complicated.

Later, I accidentally went to a different McDonald’s thinking this was the location I had spoken with. The employee there was dismissive, didn’t take the time to understand what had happened, and made the experience frustrating. That’s when I realized Charlene actually worked at the Perkins location all along.

Looking back, the difference in customer service was incredible. Charlene treated me with respect, listened first, and genuinely cared about helping. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one.

Thank you, Charlene, for your kindness and excellent customer service. Employees like you are the reason people come back. If I have the choice, I’ll be coming to the Perkins McDonald’s because of the way I was treated.“

“We were Looking for a late night meal 11pm , dining room was open , all the workers were polite and the food came out smoking hot and fresh. I haven't had McDonald's like this since the 90s. The good old days!!!!

Management - Kim: you are doing a tremendous job with the cleanliness and staff and food quality here at this location and we hope you are always at this location as we frequent it all the time.

“First of all, I haven't been to a McDonald's in years but our options were limited after the park closed so we went in.
The drive thru was packed and the inside closed at 11 and we were at the door at 11. The manager reluctantly let us in and took care of us. She asked if we had a big order, which we did and told us just to order through her versus the kiosk.
She took her time, listened to each of our orders, and even tried to find deals for us to save us money all while being quite jovial and very courteous!
Considering the line at the drive thru, our food came out very fast and was
perfect!
First, she didn't even need to open the door for us and 2nd, she certainly didn't need to treat us the way she did but she did and we were all extremely grateful!
