Just went today (10/15/19) for lunch. Food was fine (you know what you're going to get), but the young man who took my payment at the drive thru asked me for cigarettes. I'm fine with helping when I can, but that seemed above and beyond the scope of an employee during a shift.
There always seems to be an issue with waiting on customers on the inside and waiting on drive through customers people waiting inside are made to wait longer as is in my case then the explanation comes later afternoon you've been there 20 plus minutes that they had a big order. Give me options if I want to wait. It makes me less likely to come there if I have a time commitment.
