This subway is not the worst one around but staff is never very professional. There are always 2 or 3 woman working at this location (same employees every time). Today an older woman with dark hair that she wears clipped up (sorry don't know names) was dropping F-bombs while there were 5-7 people in the lobby of subway. To me very unprofessional. Again it took them about 30 minutes to get through the line. No sense of urgency and no professionalism.
I have been a loyal customer to the Subway on Detroit Rd. in Rocky River for years. I have always found most of the staff to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The restaurant is always clean. Unfortunately I attempted to place a pick up order approximately 3 weeks ago. I was told I had to place the order online. I explained that I had a procedure done on my eyes and couldn't see well enough. I was shocked. Her response was this. "Sorry that's our policy." I would encourage...read full review

It felt like it took forever... employees had no motivation... so much so.. I felt a Lil depressed after ... some of that energy was overwhelming... I don't usually leave bad reviews... I think they were just having a unpleasant day... I'll have to go again... but the food... mmm the sandwiches were still delicious ... ?
