I have made the unfortunate decision to stop at this location twice and I couldn't be any more disappointed. I was told to just bring in my receipt for a refund and after driving an hour I was told that the general manager, Tim, would have to be present. I wouldn't stop at this location if I was were you.
I went through the drive thru because the walk in doors were locked. No sign saying why doors were locked. There were 3 other customers that walked to the doors at the same time I did, so it's not like we had a clue it would be locked. Maybe a sign would have helped because the other people all left. I'm assuming they were short staffed. The food was typical fast food. They had the order correct, which is a plus.

This Burger King is so dysfunctional never has proper hours listed can never guarantee they’re open as the app suggests. “I don’t know what to tell you we’re closed we have new management” that’s the excuse I was but they don’t care about taking your money by not updating their hours on any platforms including their own. Pitiful
