Overall the food here is pretty good and so is the service. I rarely have issues with the food, I get everything I pay for provided they have it in stock. Unlike McDonald's, Taco Bell's employees know how to count, and it's enjoyable to talk with them when they're free.Parking: I rarely see a full parking lot at this location. They did their job right, to the point, gave me pretty great food for a pretty minimal price, and they never asked me “How are you?” so I never had to confront the darkness and have another crisis, so it was all a great experience. They would not substitute my taco shells in my 12 pack for the hot shells. Told me they could NOT do that. I have done this time and time again on the east side at the Mayfield Road location. It's just an extra charge. I also asked for a lot of Diablo sauce. I got 8 packs for 12 tacos. We use at least 3 packs per taco. I don't mind paying extra for what I ask for. They clearly have a problem taking my money....
