“After our order was mishandled 3 times by Doordash...only received drinks the 1st time, nothing delivered the second time and picked up by someone else the 3rd time...the Arby's manager offered to remake our order a fourth time even though it was not their error. Top tier customer service and greatly appreciated!!“
“Potato cakes are back!!!! This is the main reason I stopped at Arby's on W 117th St. When I put in the directions on my phone I was disappointed to hear this store had 2.5 stars but figured I would be good with potato cakes. A friendly voice greeted me immediately and I added a roast beef slider to my order. A very brief time later, I was driving home with hot potato cakes and a cute little slider. The building seems to need some updating. That does not affect the food or service.“
“One of the best fast food places they are always very nice and friendly always get my order right and are fast too. I did have a bad experience 5 years ago lol the staff they have now are 👍 great keep up the good work 🤗“
