“After our order was mishandled 3 times by Doordash...only received drinks the 1st time, nothing delivered the second time and picked up by someone else the 3rd time...the Arby's manager offered to remake our order a fourth time even though it was not their error. Top tier customer service and greatly appreciated!!“
“It's a brand new Arbys. Very clean . I was hoping the food would be hotter. Stale french fries. Non melted cheese on my sandwich. I do understand sometimes things happen in the f&b business. And this was my first time back in at least 3 years. Bc I do like their food. Just want to enjoy it fresh.“
