It's a brand new Arbys. Very clean . I was hoping the food would be hotter. Stale french fries. Non melted cheese on my sandwich. I do understand sometimes things happen in the f&b business. And this was my first time back in at least 3 years. Bc I do like their food. Just want to enjoy it fresh.
I don’t typically leave reviews, but after having the same experience twice, I feel it’s important to share in the hopes that it can be addressed.
Both times I went through the drive-thru, I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. Unfortunately, both times I was completely forgotten. I eventually had to drive back around and go inside the restaurant to ask about my food.

Arby's serves great food with a high quality that sets it apart from other fast food chains. The staff is superb, kind, and provides good service. The restaurant, however, needs some maintenance and updating as it appears dated. The menu offers amazing options, including crinkle fries and seasoned string fries. Despite some inconsistencies with order fulfillment, Arby's remains a popular choice for those craving a satisfying meal.
