Cheesesteaks in Cleveland, OH

“This is by far the best cheesesteak place! It’s in the old subway location next to k&k. I used to go to k&k…not to more lol. This place is amazing. First time I got the spicy cheesesteak…it was literally the best ?. I met the owner today, his name I’m pretty sure was Rich. West nice guy and thanked me for my 23rd order. Told him…you guys have good food! He offered me a couple free sandwiches even next time for a thank you. Very nice owner , along with very good food, and super friendly employees! I work right down the street at a machine shop so this is a common place for me and a couple other ppl for lunch!! Good job and I recommend this to anybody that…just likes good food, friendly staff and a friendly owner! Thanks again!! Some of the ppl leave bad reviews and it doesn’t make sense!! They are just one time stoppers with a bad taste of food and just rude customers! I’m a repeat customer, and it’s for an obvious reason ?.“

“I really like everything about this Mr Hero. The owner is so nice, I look forward to a little conversation whenever I stop in to pick up something to eat. The restaurant is always clean and the same guy has been cooking food in there for as long as I can remember. There are other Mr. Hero's in the area but this is MY Mr Hero! The food is always piping hot and cooked to order. Anything that is a special request is always done.“

“This is the CLEANEST Mr. Hero I've ever seen! I called ahead to confirm closing time and they informed me when I should arrive to ensure that I wouldn't cut it too close. Located in a shopping plaza, the restaurant was easy to find. The place was so clean! I always visit a Mr. Hero when I'm in town and I was not disappointed! “The lady is cool, the guy who cooks n the back is very rude. I ask him to chop my steak up, he acts as if its a problem. I ask him to double grill my bread, he acts like its a problem. Its not like he doing something for free, im paying. And im paying alot of money.You should cook your customers food like they ask you, without sucking ur teeth and being non chalant. Now i make them my last stop if i need food thats close to my home.“
