Everytime I come here the service gets worse. The people are the rudest I've dealt with which you can imagine when it comes to chipotle workers. I thought the chipotles in the Mayfield area were the worst but this place takes the cake. I always smile and greet the worker and I am met with the worker yelling at me with an attitude. They definitely don't like white people. Then there is always another issue when it comes to service whether it be the amount of time u wait or the computer not working so they want u to pay online after you've been waiting 20 minutes just to pay. I did pay online which I shouldn't have considering the things you have to go through to get a burrito. Although I love chipotle this last experience is gonna make cutting it out a breeze!

Food was good because it’s a franchise. But the environment, the customer service was terrible. 3 adolescent girls shouting to each other, laughing while had customers in line waiting. Music was playing so loud they couldn’t hear the customer’s order. Very bad experience.

Went threw the line with my daughter and kids mother. Took their order and completely skipped me wouldn't even answer us why. Acted like I didn't exist. Dude needs to loose his job. Typical trash working there... Chris

There was a bit of a line. But the line moved so quickly to you weren't in line long at all. They didn't have peppers or onions. We waited about 20ish minutes for them. Which was not the mans fault who was making the food. They were extremely busy and a bit understaffed behind house. Not many tables were clean. But they employees were working as fast and efficiently as they could. The location just needs more employees. They ran out of tortillas while I was in line also. Missing my extra sour cream, they didn’t have vinaigrette available and then on top of that where’s my protein!!?? I only have very few pieces of meat and then it’s mostly beans. Definitely don’t recommend ordering online, I would rather just come in person.
