They don't serve any coffee. None. It was brunch. Very odd. Food was good but took an hour to get. Service was poor and it was really loud. Way way way Too loud for brunch. Especially on Mother's Day. Won't go back.

Where do I start: - the floors were dirty - pasta was cold. 2nd time, the pasta was still cold. - bathroom was nasty -pictures were crooked -portions was very small -kids were running around -service was horrible. Its pretty sad to see this black owned business go down.

Food was ok but portions are very small. I had the lamb chops and I have never seen any lamb chops this small. The lobster barely had any seasoning. Had to ask for lemon, salt and pepper. Chairs and tables are cheap and rock like the are uneven. The “picture wall” lighting is horrible!!! The light is behind you and directly above you which makes anyone in the picture look like they are standing in a shadow, needs to have some sort of spot light pointed towards the wall light to brighten up the pictures. Overall, everything felt generic.

thefilterexperience in Cleveland is HORRIBLE. I didn't even sit down after being greeted after 20mins I just walked out. It looked like a funeral repast in there. Pictures are deceiving! Service was unacceptable!! I'm all for supporting black owned businesses but they must do better. Customers damn near sitting on top of each other. They know people want to come and celebrate their birthday yet they have a no cake policy. They out their rabbit a$$ mind. I'm sure the food is decent but we couldn't even make it past the manager & waitress negative demeanor. Taking the family out we can easily rack up a $500 bill plus we're extremely generous with tipping. They lost my service for good! Thankfully my big sister doubled booked and we had a great time elsewhere.

Great Ambiance. My waitress Lisa was FANTASTIC! She went above and beyond! Was a little hesitant to go to a restaurant Downtown but glad I went. Only downfall is parking but hey what do you expect.

I had a reservation here at 6pm walked in right on time. We got seated immediately. The host poured us some waters. After that no one came to the table for 20 minutes not even to say sorry will be right with you or anything. Horrible service would not recommend. I can’t comment on the food or drinks because we were not given an opportunity to even order any.

I normally do not leave reviews but this place was nothing what I expected! Went with my husband on a date night. The food was not so great. First they served my food before my husband not at the same time , I was already half way with my plate and that's when they brought out his. Second he ordered the New York Steak well done with fries which was nasty he didn't even eat half of the steak because it was just pure fat and the fries were soggy when the waiter came back, she asked what was wrong because she noticed that he didn't eat barley anything off the plate and we explained what was wrong so she said she would go talk to the cook and their response was "Thats how they all are" . We just told the waiter its fine we asked for our bill and we left! I will never be going back to this place!

Was not able to stay and dine. The music was too loud for us. Staff was apologetic as there was no accommodation available. Disappointed that we didn't have an opportunity to try the fare.

Well, let me start off by saying that the ambience was beautiful but the service was ghetto, unprofessional, the cook chef, whatever he calls himself was very nasty and very argumentative on how a fried lobster tail was prepared and proceeded to argue with my guest because he felt offended. That’s not how you do things. and should not be working in the public. If you cannot take criticism on how your food is prepared, it was my 52nd birthday dinner, everybody’s food came out at different times shade to the owner. She was very accommodating with this situation but her staff needs to learn how to conduct themselves when it comes to the public.

This has nothing to do with the servers. They did an excellent job, but what it does have to do with is filters chef, who was very rude to my guest, because my guest complained about a meal that was not cooked right, and proceeded to argue with my guest, which was very embarrassing because this was my 52nd birthday to watch my guest, be so uncomfortable and belittled by the fact that their food was not cooked right and brought her out a different meal that was cooked hard on purpose so unprofessional the owner was very accommodating, so this is nothing to do with her, but her chef was very unprofessional

I've been wanting to go here for a while. Definitely is over hyped. Food is mid. My cousin ordered food waited two hours for her not to receive it. Everyone at the table received their food. We were told that they accidentally gave her food to another customer. I get mistakes happen but it was never correct. The only good thing was my company, the music and taking pictures by the filter sign. Base of the vibe and how it was required for us to look appearance wise. You're employes doesn't match the requirements for customers.

Food tasted freezer burned. Took 2 hours start to finish and drinks weren’t good at all. Service was so slow took over an hour for food. Definitely didn’t live up to the hype. Wasn’t even busy for the slow service ?

We were there for my daughter's birthday celebration. We had a party of 16. The host was the waitress and bartender. She was ok at first but as the night went on her tone became very rude. The service of the food was all over the place. I ordered the Herb Chicken. It was priced at $27 and it was an over seasoned 4oz chicken breast over mash potatoes. The menu stated there was spinach with it but the entire plate was white no color at all. The side of broccolini was very undercooked and over salted. Keep in mind I like my veggies on the crunchy side. Someone asked for their chicken to be remade as they waited for their waffles to come out and was denied. The chicken was cold because I tried it. Another young lady didn't like her Entree and was still given the bill. They said she told them too late. Well if you see a guest still has a full plate untouched wouldn't you ask if everything is ok?We were never asked how the food was. We were never offered another round of drinks. We were never told thank you for dining once card slips were returned. Honestly the worst dining experience I've ever had. Best thing was the music. I won't be back.
