I'll start with the server was excellent. She was the highlight of the evening. Efficient, pleasant and always smiling. When we checked in at 4:50 after waiting for 10 minutes the hostess said they have another reservation for our table at 6PM so we needed to be done by 5:55. Not exactly a great first impression. No welcome or thanks for joining us. Basically hurry up and get out of here we don't care you're just a dollar sign. Food was mediocre. We had the crispy gnocchi as an appetizer which was basically dense fried dough. Couldn't taste the filling at all. I had the veal Tortellini which was again dense and generally lacked flavor. My wife had the wrapped lasagna which was bland except for the taste of spinach. Would not recommend or return.
I had the best birthday here. It was on a Tuesday so it was mellow but still a decent amount of people coming and going. I went by myself and my waitress was super sweet and attentive. The view and vibes were great. My food was delicious and I would definitely come back.
Lago East Bank was so peaceful and it was so beautiful inside. Food was super super good and worth the price i would come back again and again!! People were talking having a good time and service was fast Would highly recommend

Had lunch 2pm, no alcohol, salad , meatball sandwich with fries,chicken parm pizza around 70 bucks. Plus parking 15 dollars?. Should have half salad option and at least discount valet parking if not free! Food was yummy!

We go to Lago every Tuesday night. That's when bottles of wine are half price. Last night, I had the filet with steamed asparagus (special request) and truffle flavored mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked right and the rest of the meal was excellent. My wife had the chopped salad with chicken on the side. The salad has a really nice vinaigrette dressing with enough tartness to give it some oomph. It has romaine lettuce, radicchio, peppers, hot pickled peppers, cheese, cucumber, and red onion and we often share it. Service was personable and friendly. Always a great time.

We were there for brunch on Easter. They had the Easter bunny greeting us at the door which I thought was super cute. Also a dj playing appropriate, nice music this added to the ambience. What I totally appreciate was that the music wasn't too loud and overwhelming. We were able to hear the music and have a conversation. Good job! Food was warm and yummy. Only suggestion is to make a better coffee. Very watered down. Asked waitress if we just got a bad pot. No that's how it is. So we ordered expresso shots to add to the watery coffee. It just didn't add up to a good cup. We love our coffee just as much as food so we were disappointed. Service was good, nice waitress. Ladies room was pretty clean and well stocked.

First time there and we have nothing negative to say except they ran out of pineapple juice for the mimosas - haha. We got orange and cranberry instead. Dear lord, the food was amazing. The prices were perfect and service was excellent.

The brunch and staff at Lago was incredible. We've been there before for dinner and this was our first time going to brunch. Fantastic menu choices with a strong and helpful staff. Would highly recommend to family and friends!
From the moment I sat down, my server Mittens, as she called herself, made my experience wonderful. She gave great recommendations, had the fillet risotto, and it was wonderful, then had the pistachio cake dessert, also amazing!
