Amazing, amazing, amazing! Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in downtown Cleveland. Steaks are phenomenal, appetizers were great and the birthday honoree always loves the cotton candy tower. A little pricy, so cannot eat here as often as I like, but the occasions are memorable when we do. Just make sure to get a reservation months in advance.

I went here months ago for our anniversary. Food was good, service was excellent, but unfortunately I did get a bad case of food poisoning. I was up all night throwing up. I did call the restaurant the next day and left a message on their voicemail. I never received a call back. I wasn't looking for any sort of refund or free meal, but after spending well over $300 a call back would have been nice. I will probably never go back because of this.

Hands down one of the best steak dining esperiences we have had in the midwest. The atmosphere is one of a kind, and the history of being the biggest bank of its time, the association with Rockefeller, and of course the dining experience beats what others have to offer. The service was also outstanding. Coming back next time we are in Cleveland.

First time here, celebrating a birthday. Everything about this restaurant is just superb. The ambiance was nice, the service was fantastic and the food and cocktails were divine. My table ordered the shrimp cocktail, the filet and delmonico steak along with the au gratin potatoes and the creamed spinach to share. We each added the truffle butter to our steaks....sooooo good! And shared the olive oil cake. And of course, the restaurant brought the famous cotton candy to the table for my husband's birthday. We also had the French 45 cocktail along with the marble room classic martini and also shared a bottle of wine ( Red wine- Dragons Breath). This was definitely a special occasion but I can't wait to go back to this wonderful restaurant again.

The atmosphere is great. The lights could be a little brighter because everybody was using cellphone light to read the menu.We did not have a reservation and got seated in the Lounge. Big mistake. We got water right away and ordered some other drinks. Took 25 minutes to get the drinks and 10 minutes afterwards we were finally able to place our food orders.65 minutes later we finally got our food. I ordered a med rare steak and got it med well. The potato au gratin was absolutely tasteless and soggy.Overall: Not worth the money. Texas Corral would have been a better choice.

The food was good but they serve baby versions of oysters, Rockefeller. The bigger ones are from Alexander Pierce, which were amazing. The small bites were just OK.I was also disappointed that when I got my first cocktail it was over poured and dripping and Sloppy. There was also butter on the Menu that got on my dress and the server Tim blew it off when I told him.Not impressive for what they call five star dining. It was also disappointing that they got rid of the ice cream cart.

I've never been to a restaurant or bar with more personality and quality as I have with Marble room. It gets everything right and then some. The ceviche and beef tartare were a peak experience. The creme Brule was a dream come true. The fillet mignon will leave you speechless. The Atmosphere is the perfect culmination of Cleavland's rich history and architecture and fine dining. The grand view of the entrance feels like a portal into a previous Era. The artwork mounted on the walls are phenomenally curated photography that plays well with the overall lighting design of the restaurant. Sculptures are present in the main hall that stray from simple decoration into a bustling art gallery. Fully functional bank vaults are also available for private events if the occasion should call for it. The music Playlist is well selected for creating a chill vibe reminiscent of Cowboy bebop. If you know, you know. The service was attentive and helpful. They all seemed very well trained & prepared and were delightful to engage with. I cannot recommend this place enough. I do not give out 5 stars lightly. I only give them out when an experience does something to recontextualize my dining experience. Thank you to the staff for making my trip to Cleavland unforgettable.~Mark-Saint John

Easily the most beautiful restaurant I've ever been to. The raw bar was excellent and so were the steaks. 6/5 stars.

The only thing I regret about my experience here is not coming sooner! The service my girlfriend and I received was simply the best. Alex seemed to be about to read our minds and if we had questions about the menu then he went into Professor mode without any of that pretentiousness that you get at other fine dining establishments. Bravissimo.

I had a very interesting experience at the Marble Room. The Staff turned what could have been a complete nightmare into a great business dinner. I won't go into all the details, but my group of 38 arrived expecting a reservation in a private room just to learn the person never made the reservations at zero fault of the Marble Room. They didn't blink an eye at 38 unexpected ppl arriving at once without reservation on Thursday night. They were understaffed and didn't have the room set up. The Staff was so professional, understanding, kind, and went above and beyond to help me pull this together with in 30 mintues, I couldn't be more appreciative. Especially SYMONE, the private sale manager. That woman is beyond impressive, she was supposed to get off work but she herself stayed and helped bartend our event because they were understaffed. She is professional and put me at ease to let me know we are going to figure this out together, and she did with flying colors. The event went off without like it was nothing wrong and my boss and any of the other executives never knew anything was wrong. I couldn't imagine what could have happened if Marble Room couldn't accommodate us.
