I've been here multiple times and lately, there have been multiple issues. Last week they charged me for 2 sandwiches when I only had one, then had to refund me the difference.Today my sandwich was basically inedible. I ordered the new jalapeno chicken sandwich, stated I would like lettuce, tomato and onion. There was absolutely no tomato and I had to pick out several pieces of onion skin throughout the sandwich. There was so much cream cheese on it, it was pouring out of the sides. There was hardly any chicken, so it was a sandwich full of cream cheese, lettuce, and onion.Potbelly has great, fresh ingredients but lately the service has been subpar. At this point I would rather go to Subway. Huge bummer since I prefer Potbelly's fresh ingredients and options.

Was eating half of a Mediterranean sandwich and bit something so hard I chipped part of my tooth… a piece of wood found in the sandwich. Disgusted by the lack of care in preparing food.

It was an easy walk from our hotel, Crown Plaza Cleveland At Playhouse Square.Food was one of the best sandwiche I have had in a long time. The service was great.First time to Cleveland for both of us.

Corporate catering win! The boxed lunches and salads were a hit along with the buffet size offerings. Prompt delivery, as always. Pot Belly teamwork at it's finest.

I had the a wreck and my wife had chicken sub both excellent tasting and made well by friendly professional sandwich preparers we enjoyed our visit find the food top quality and recommend to others a great value compared to subway; potbelly blows them away!!
