Was not busy and food was served luke warm at best. My fried rice was so late that I didn't even enjoy it. I believe manager stopped by to see how things were. I told her and she took $10 off the bill. That helped but this was first time going. Prices on the high side and amount of food was on the small side.

I will start with the good things.. I called to place a pickup order and the girl was very nice. My order was correct, warm and packed nicely. The crab rangoons were very good as was the sweet spicy sauce they came with. I have a sore throat and wanted some rich yummy beef broth ramen but it was just a total miss for me. The broth tasted like seaweed and I paid 5$ extra for steak and got 2 weird cut fatty pieces. Was not a fan at all of the ramen which is a shame it looked so good. Wish the broth tasted more like beef and less like seaweed. Was pretty expensive and I ended up throwing most of it out. I would come back and try the sushi or hibachi though.

It's such a cute place and I recommend everything! The staff is very nice and they even have a paper on the wall you can draw on. The place is pretty and has beautiful décor thats based around asian culture.
Kat was our server and did an excellent job. In our party, some ordered sushi rolls, hibachi and sashimi. Everything was very tasty. They even brought out some samples of other sushi rolls for us to try. We went during lunch, and there is a nice variety of specials offered. We would eat there again.

Food: I came into the store right around the time I was supposed to come in. It took roughly a half hour to finally cash out and get my food. My takoyaki was completely cold so I can not fully tell if it was good. The Tuna salad I got was good though and it carries my 3 stars on the food.Service: As stated above in the food category, I waited a half hour but I was more upset with the lack of recognition when I was waiting. I end up waiting by the cash register after standing at the front entrance for a good 5-10 minutes. Eventually, the service that was running around taking care of all the dine-in people came to cash someone out, and I communicated to her I was there for a carryout. She quickly said "Yes i know" and then walked away. The other two people behind the bar did not say anything at all. I noticed she did disappear to the back and never came back out. Eventually after the half-hour the one guy behind the bar cashed me out with me noticing the food was already made before I got in. He bagged it up and cashed me out.I am not about anyone else but knowing my food is sitting on a shelf while no one could do a quick 2-minute cash-out plus the half-hour wait time is upsetting. Please note that the online order says to come to the restaurant in half an hour to pick up the food.Atmosphere: I came into the store around 7:30 pm so the interior lighting was pretty dark but there are some big windows in front, so I am sure it would normally not be dark inside. I like the atmosphere between how quiet it seems and how peaceful it is. I could probably read a nice book and have some sushi.Thank you for reading my review, I probably will not be going back from my experience, but it does not mean people should read this and not at least try them out. All the works seemed super focused on making sure to do their jobs.

Only thing good here is the sushi rolls. Everything else is not worth the price. Ordered online picked up and items were missing. Soup was nasty. Taste like salt water. Ordered extra broccoli and had about 6 pieces. Just wondering how many come in a standard order. Spring rolls were tiny and over priced. Salad was fresh though fried noodles tasted old and recooked a few times. Decided to try this because the sushi was good one time but what a disappointment. Never again. Gave me a credit for items that were missing to use for next time. What next time?
