Disappointing and disappointed. So, I’ve ordered from here twice (successfully) & both experiences were amazing to where even though I ordered take-out (over the phone) I even stayed & had a drink or two.Until my last 2 attempts at ordering take out & being told they couldn’t take orders over the phone even though the website wasn’t working. One of which went in to place my take out order to then be told the kitchen was backed up and couldn’t take my order even still. After walking (in the cold) and leaving empty handed, hungry, & disappointed.

We had grits and shrimp. It was delicious. Dessert was the chocolate sundae with puffed pastry. Service was very good.

We had the best experience. They were able to seat us right away even though we were 15 minutes late for our reservation. The service was wonderful and Antonio was so sweet and even gave my friend free beignets for her birthday. The drinks and food were delicious and we will definitely be coming back!

I took my son here for his 18th birthday. We had a good time and our food was good. I had the Bayou pasta it wasn't bad, the sauce was just a little different. I also had bayou rolls for appetizer. My son had gumbo and honey cornbread. He enjoyed his meal. I tried some of his food and it was so good and flavorful. I'll get what he got next time. I also had two different drinks and they were good. Overall my first experience was good and my waitress was nice and very helpful. I plan on going back soon.Parking: You will have pay for parking either valet at the restaurant or pay for parking in the parking garage. Depending on the day and time valet may be full.

The catfish was absolutely disgusting!! Wayyy too fishy. The salmon was not seasoned just sauce thrown on the plate. I was not satisfied at all I mentioned the catfish being to fishy and the waitress said some people like it and some say “it’s too fishy”

This place is a gem hiding n plain sight! The food was amazing. My server, Selah, was absolutely tremendous. Her recommendations were spot on. Her service was everything you want from a good restaurant. The bartender made great cocktails that rival the originals I had when I was in NOLA. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the fantastic experience that this restaurant has to offer. I had the Loaded seafood Gumbo and a hurricane from the bar. The people and the atmosphere make this place worth a visit. Props to the manager for putting all of this together.

First and foremost, customer service was excellent. The food just doesn't live up to the hype. The chicken wings can even compete with outback steakhouse wings. There is an 18% gratuity applied to all orders. The cake was dry. I can write it off the list that I've been here, but to come here twice given the above-mentioned item (negative). To be quite honest, I'm over the fake green grass theme wall background. We came at four o'clock on a Friday, so my goal was to avoid the crowd and experience the freshest food, and what we received was a mediocre experience. Do not believe the Instagram hype. I've fallen victim to a Instagram food review in Chicago and Philadelphia and once again. .

The ribeye with rice and asparagus was actually pretty good, but the mandatory 18% tip is unacceptable. Tipping is getting out of control. It should be at the discretion of a customer, given for an exceptional service.(There was a sign on the tabe about mandatory gratuity that I didn't notice though, that's why I give 2 stars, not 1).
