My dogs love it but the customer service is awful. The ladies taking care of the dogs are great the staff is truly amazing unfortunately ownership is immature and unprofessional take your money elsewhere. There are other dog parks in Cleveland who don't charge you $40 for daycare and treat you like crap.

Absolutely amazing place. We drop our dog off here 1-2 days a week for daycare and she loves it (always trying to pull to go to taps and tails when we walk by). She also comes back very tired. They take care of the dogs here and always have people watching out for them. All the dogs here have also been friendly and I haven't had any bad experiences.

Such an amazing place. Great place to hang out, inside or outside. Friendly service, great atmosphere. Safe and fun atmosphere for people and the dogs.

Love Taps and Tails. The entire staff is wonderful caring and great around the pups.

My pup is a rescue. She was mistreated by her previous "humans" and, consequently, had some significant trust issues. The Taps and Tails staff is wholly focused on the pups comfort and their safety, and that helped my pup learn that not all humans are bad. She gained confidence (and some sass) and is truly a much more well adjusted dog thanks to the environment T&T fosters.

This place , is my dogs safe space. The only place he can let loose in public and be goofy and allow strangers to love on him.Edit: this place became an unsafe place of play for my dog and staff had lack of compassion for my pets injuries. I will not be back.

Taps & Tails is our New Favorite Dog Park! We got to try it out for the first time the other day with my two pups and had an amazing time! They enjoyed it so much that I took them back 48 Hours later again and can not wait to go back! I live about 40 minutes away, I would kill to have something like this near my house. The staff here is great! They are very nice, keep an eye out on the pups playing, and constantly cleaning up the dog park areas. The area for the dogs to play inside is a pretty good size, then they can run into the outside fenced-in area that is about triple the size! They have trash cans with dog poop bags out if needed. A good amount of chairs for humans to sit in. There are water bowls out for the dogs, dog beds, and obstacles too. There are heaters inside so even in the winter time it is pretty warm inside! They have a walk-up bar to order mixed drinks, normal drinks, coffee, snacks, and treats for your pup. You can eat and drink at the tables or chairs inside the dog park area or there is a small section where you can still see the dogs, but the dogs can't get to if you need to get away with the food for a moment. The overall cost to come here is fantastic for what you get in return! We absolutely love it here, if there was any way I could partner with Taps & Tails to open another location closer to be I be sold in a heartbeat!Highly recommend you come here with your dogs!

We took our puppy, Owen for his first time yesterday. We loved it! Everyone was very welcoming. The space was awesome! The only downside was it seems some people don't watch their dogs and they do not intervene when their dog is being aggressive. Luckily, they have “bark rangers” monitoring the best they can. We will definitely be back

Decided to take my pup to Taps and Tails for her birthday! The online process to register your dog was much easier than I expected. You can just upload a photo of their vaccinations and a human actually goes in to review and accept it. Very happy I didn't have to deal with any auto rejections, etc. from a bot. They even have online verifications with some vets in the area who can send your records straight over. It's $10 for dogs to enter, but since it was my Mocha's birthday, she got in free. There are plenty of doors and gates to stop any wayward pups from exploring outside where they shouldn't be. The indoor play area isn't huge but it's a good enough size for the dogs to run around while still being looked after. The Bark Rangers are attentive and most owners seemed to be looking after their dogs attentively, which was comforting. The real draw is the massive outdoor play area. I'm looking forward to bringing my dog back in the summer to run around. The bar is fine. They had some pretty good beers on draft, including my beloved Jackie O's Razz Wheat. I did initially get a spicy strawberry margarita, but it was only okay. It was likely a premade mix and I probably should have tempered my expectations from the beginning. All of the cups are plastic, which I didn't like, but I understand. While I love the concept and the idea of allowing my dog to run and play with others, ultimately I don't think this is for her. Most of the dogs were medium to large size and my Yorkie Pomeranian was just a bit intimidated. But I love their social media and their events seem cool. I look forward to bringing Mocha back for one of their small breed meetups.

My dogs love here! If I say "you want to go to Taps and Tails" they start jumping around and get super excited! We always have a great time and really enjoy it when they have themed parties! It's our happy place!

Place is awesome. Staff does a pretty good job monitoring all the dogs and keeping the play area poop-free. Great place to bring that energetic pup who does not believe in working from home...

I recently had a great experience at Taps and Tails. I received excellent customer service when I initially called with some questions. I'm usually hesitant about dog parks, but their commitment to safety made me comfortable bringing my small, senior rescue dog, Zeba. The staff, known as 'Bark Rangers', were exceptional in ensuring Zeba's comfort and safety. They were alert and responsive, quickly addressing a minor issue with another dog with professionalism and care. Special thanks to Maggie for her extra attention towards Zeba, making her first visit special. The refreshments were great too, and the friendly atmosphere among the dog parents made for good conversations. It’s a fantastic spot for dog lovers looking for a safe and welcoming environment.
