“Despite being, quite literally, a hole in the wall, the food at Cilantro Thai was delicious, combining fresh ingredients with big, bold flavors. In keeping with it being an “express” restaurant, the menu isn’t super extensive… and prices are also slightly high. Moreover, when we went on a Friday evening there were only 2 employees trying to operate the entire shop; they were doing a valiant job, but service was a bit slow as a result.Note: plan to order takeout if you come here. Even if one of the two tables in the restaurant happens to be empty, the space isn’t particularly conducive to dining in.“

The No. 20 Noodle dish (a Vietnamese dish with a spicy sauce over vermicelli noodles, with chicken, shrimp, red and green peppers and onions), and the NO. 1 soup (Tom Yun gong), a spicy, thin soup with mushrooms, large shrimps, and onion, is great.The employees are wonderful: Jen, Mae, Lily, Mike and Andy, who are visible in the dining room; as well as the employees in the kitchen. Siam is my favorite place to visit - just wish it was in my neighborhood!“

Service is awesome but parking can be tough (as is to be expected in the area). Offers dine in and take out which works. Their regular options are super delicious as well. And you can modify dishes if needed, just ask. Price wise it is not bad at all with some really delicious food.Service is really friendly and nothing to complain about, didnt have to wait for someone to come over. Parking can be tough if you go during peak hours (mostly street parking). Atmosphere is really relaxed with a mild upbeat vibe. The bar is pretty awesome as well.It can get a little noisy at times depending on the crowd and the time, but is awesome for just relaxing or catching up with others. Is on the smaller side in terms of number of tables, but that's what makes it really chill. And if you're just looking for the food then you can order takeout and pick up.Would reccomend! “I've been dying to try Phnom Penh after someone told me that their absolute favorite restaurant in Cleveland was this. I have to say I was not disappointed at all! The menu is massive and definitely felt a little overwhelmed with what to order but the owner was very helpful in pointing us to dishes that he was sure we would like. We got one rice dish and one noodle dish, both of which were incredible. Service was amazing as well as we were checked on frequently. Overall, we loved our time here and will definitely be returning“

“Surrounded by all the trendy E4 establishments, this unassuming place stands out, to me at least, as the best restaurant out of all of them. The food is always hot, the portions are great. I lived in the Gulf Coast, where there are tons of really good Vietnamese restaurants, and this one is on par, if not better, than all of them. It's a real gem and we love coming here often.“

“Drunken noodle was okay. I wish it was more spicer though (They didn’t ask for the spicy level when we ordered). The gravy in the thai green curry was very tasty. I must tell something about the portion size, its not the average portion size you get from anywhere else. Its a little less. As the appetizers we ordered beef satay. And we got 4 beef skewers they were very small in size. Compared to the other Thai restaurants we tried I wouldn’t say this is authentic. But overall the food was nice and the staff were very welcoming.“

“Rented the Buddha Blue room for a coworker’s birthday and had an exceptional experience. The decor and upstairs set up is perfect for a small gathering. Easy communication leading up to and amazing hospitality. The staff treated us like family and provided us with delicious appetizers/entrees. 10/10 recommend!“

“Unassuming place with few tables. We had Tom Kha soup, green curry/brown rice and fried rice. All delicious. Very nice staff. Saturday night we were the only dine ins. Steady stream of people getting takeout. We’d definitely come back again.“
