We went here for prom. The staff was extremely kind and they easily had some of the best Italian food I've ever had. Michelle was great! The veal tortellini was the bomb and the Gelato was delicious. Everything was clearly made from scratch.

2 people reservation on Friday. Had fish special and lobster pasta. Great for a date night. The sound of everyone talking was a loud (no sound dampening). Plenty of parking. Get the cannoli - fresh and crunchy.

Found this place scrolling through Google looking for a nice place to take the wife on a date and this place did not disappoint. Everything here was wonderful. Service was top notch. Our waitresses had a perfect balance of being attentive while not hovering or being overbearing. She timed each course out perfectly and we didn't feel rushed at all! The wines were also outstanding. If you are a truffle fan, the tartufo sacchetti was out of this world.the special was a seared salmon on top of lemon cream pasta and it was top notch. They're dessert is homemade and delicious. The chocolate mousse was delightful. After our meal, chef Raphael came out to see how everything was. Overall, highly recommend this place for a high end meal with amazing service.

Loved the ambiance of Palazzo's. Food was excellent. We were extremely happy with the service! Raphael the chef and owner came to our table and welcomed us along with telling us his story about opening the restaurant in 2019. Definitely a gem in Cudell area of Cleveland! Thank you.

This was our fifth visit to the restaurant and each time it keeps getting better and better, and the menu is off the charts. The servers are top-notch and the chef, who is also the owner, comes out to meet all his patrons. From the appetizers to the dessert menu, this little gem should be sitting at the top of everyone's list when it comes to amazing food and service.

Loved this place! All our food was great, my husband got a ribeye special they had and it was the best steak he's had! Our server was wonderful, he was the perfect blend of helpful without hovering and made excellent recommendations. There was plenty of parking and the inside decor was perfect for our date night.

We stayed three nights in Cleveland, and this was the best dining experience of the trip. All three restaurants were highly rated, but The Palazzo was extraordinary. The pasta pillows are excellent as is the calamari as an appetizer. The lamb chops special on risotto was fantastic. That dish could be served in any of the top restaurants in NYC. For dessert, the tiramisu was the best I've ever had. Highly recommended! The service is excellent and very friendly.

Outstanding Easter meal at Palazzo. Amazing food and most items are unique to their menu. My husband had the Shrimp Tartufo - Gulf Shrimp, Truffle Cream, Fig Balsamic served in a huge bowl with several nice sized shrimp and I had the Caesar salad. For dinner he had the Capesante Annerite - Lightly Blackened Sea Scallops, Porcini Mushroom Truffle Risotto and I had the Anatra Arrosto - Half Duck, Signature Homemade Orange Sauce, Asparagus and mashed potatoes. Amazing food and service, looking forward to going back there soon.

Amazing meal and service. Staff could not have been more accommodating. The meal was delicious from start to finish. The salad and shrimp soup were delicious starters for the main course and the blackened scallops and orange duck were outstanding.

Started with my favorite Italian wine, salad and duck, finished with tiramisu and cannoli delivered by Chef Rafael. Enjoyed attention of our waiter, swift but not obtrusive, and relaxed atmosphere of dining room. Every part of meal delicious and generous portions. Added plus was chat with Chef Rafael. You can tell he loves to feed and please his customers.
Wonderful experience! The food was incredible, the staff was very friendly, couldn't ask for a better ambience, and even the chef came around to the table at the end of our meal to see how it was! Will absolutely be back!
