I guess I should have never gotten a hamburger at an Italian establishment. The hamburger was terrible. Absolutely terrible. The bun for the hamburger was cold and dry. The meat fell apart as soon I took a bite. The fries were super soggy and full of grease. The service was super slow. I gave this a two star review due to the fact that the waiter and waitress were very nice. I guess they were doing all they could to serve all of the guests in the restaurant. The restaurant & the bathrooms were very clean. I won't be back. I was disappointed in my meal, I just had high hopes that this would have been a better dining experience.

Never got to taste the food or enjoy a drink. One of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant. From the hostess to the bartender. I'm not even going to review the service progression because there was none. The bartender was the biggest jerk! My friends and I decided to go here for a happy hour before a show. We sat at the bar and there was a few other people sitting there. Not busy is my point. The Bartender never acknowledged us. We sat and waited and watched him on his phone. When he was finally done and I waived him ove, he took my order only and not my friends. He brought my drink and still didn't acknowledge my two friends. It was embarrassing and unkind. I asked to see a manager and no one seemed to really care.. so we left. There are so many restaurants here in Cbus to choose from to behave this way. We ended up going to another restaurant and shared our experience with them and CLEARLY this restaurant has an issue with service and how the staff behaves. Really sucks to be treated like that at the end to a long stressful week

Lunch at Du Amici was very good. The reason I gave four stars was because the lobster bisque was not very hot and was more fishy than lobster tasting. The service was good and prompt. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I liked the atmosphere but my service was very discouraging to the point I don't want to return. I was with a large party this evening and we spent a total of $1,300 and Tyson the waiter received a 20% gratuity that he didn’t deserve, Tyson the waiter brought everyone else drinks to the table but mine and when I asked Tyson politely about my drink he replied "I'll bring your drink out after I bring out the food". Our party arrived at 7p.m, we waited 1hr in a half for bread, dinner didn't come until 8:45p.m and Tyson rushed us to leave because they closed at 9p.m. I had a $36 salmon dinner an the Brussel sprouts was nasty. Tyson wasn't apologetic about his service, neither did management step in to help our experience be great. In my eyes the Manager and the waiter failed this evening but we still had to give Tyson the waiter a 20% gratuity.

Due Amici 9/10! Loved this downtown Italian spot. Great for a nice date night, even better to go earlier and take advantage of their amazing Happy Hour: 1/2 off appetizers, pizzas, wine, and mules! Here's what I got... - Brussels Sprouts: 7.5/10 Delicious but super unique. Goat cheese, alfredo, sweet potato, and bacon all over the brussels sprouts. The combination of all of these made it far from an average veggie dish. ($5 on happy hour!) - Chicken Pesto Pizza: 9/10 The pesto on this is chefs kiss. Would certainly get this again (and for $9 on happy hour menu!). I can't decide if I liked this pizza more than Forno though, tough choice. I only left off a point because the chicken itself could be slightly more flavored. But I came home and finished this pizza, could not resist - Chicken Parm: 9/10 Lovedddd the rosé sauce! Like vodka sauce but turned up. This dish did not disappoint. We got it split in half and it was still a great portion size to take home to enjoy later. Left off one point as the chicken parm, in my opinion, could've been a bit crispier to counteract how the sauce softens the breading. - Kucco, red wine blend: 8/10 Not much to say here, really liked this wine and liked getting 2 glasses for the price of one even more. Safe red blend choice to go with red sauces Overall, definitely check this place out and bonus points if you go 3-6:30pm to catch HH @ocean.sviews on IG for more reviews

We came for happy hour and were sat in the area that happy hour was not offered in.We were not given the option upon booking our reservation to choose the “happy hour area”, and we were not told that the prices of drinks or food were different until after we were given the bill. The table we were sat at was quite literally 20 feet away from the area that would have been $50 less than the bill we were given. The waitress then said she couldn’t do anything about the charge. My friend and I were also charged the wrong price for the salad that we split. An option to sit in the area designated for happy hour needs to be advertised better. Very annoyed with this situation for the quality of food.

Great food. Good service. Could be a smidge more kid friendly but I get that’s no the vibe they’re going for. Nonetheless still accommodating.

Service was slow and when I asked a waitress (who was not ours) who was walking by with a water pitcher, for a refill, I got the evil eye. We waited an hour for our mediocre food. Feel like we should have gotten SOMETHING off our check...never going back--sad because I previously had a great experience (of course that was pre-covid)

My friend and I came in for happy hour. We were having a decent time until a manager (Caucasian male, white hair) very rudely asked us (and another woman) to move to different seats. I've never had anyone take such an aggressive and vile tone with me in general and especially not at a restaurant. The request was reasonable but I have no idea why he was so rude in his delivery. He practically barked at us to move and then as we were collecting our things to move used a very condescending tone to direct us to the seats he wanted us in. It soured the experience for me. The servers were kind but I doubt I'll return after this.
