When I ordered a pb açaí bowl with the addition of whey protein powder, I expected the powder to be added in with the açaí base and blended. That very much was not the case as I had a thick layer of powder under my fruit. I’m not a gym bro, I don’t take a “shot” of protein powder on a regular basis. This made the bowl incredibly difficult to eat and it stuck to everything. They also do not update your order online so don’t wait for them, go in and it will probably be ready. We also paid for extra pb on one of the bowls and definitely did not get any extra. The location in Westerville is much better.

Me and my boyfriend decided to try this new place that opened up and they had a lot of variety options! We usually go to smoothie king but something about this place just has more. The moment we walked in we were greeted by an associate with a smile. There was another associate there who asked how we were and told us that we could try samples as many as we want. My boyfriend got the PB everbowl but instead of açaí as his base he changed it to coco love. I ordered pina coolada and switched out the kiwi for bananas. For this to be a new place it's more than just a 5/5 it's giving 10/10. I would recommend this. I also attach the menu :)

I swung by here during my time Otterbein University, and I was very happy with the service and quality! The Apple Up bowl was very good, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Lauren Wolf-a real good high school friend of mine-who went above and beyond to make sure the machines were clean to accommodate for my peanut allergy. Very great experience, will definitely come again!

Very moderny. The fruit was all very fresh and the açai was really well made. I was a little shocked to see one person working but Lauren W did a very good job working with me to get my bowl how I like!!
It was my first time coming here the other day and I wasn’t too sure what to get, but Lauren W was so sweet and helpful. She took the time out of her busy day to go over the menu with me. We need more people like this and bless her heart such a kind young woman! I will definitely be coming back!
