Tarek, the owner, went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute dinner plans for our friends and family with grace and understanding. Every detail, from a private space to a personalized menu, was tailored to our needs, providing comfort during a difficult time. The staff's warmth and care were exceptional, making it clear that genuine compassion is a hallmark of Habibi Grill. I highly recommend it for both exceptional cuisine and a sanctuary of understanding and empathy.

We came on an extremely busy night (St. Patrick’s Day weekend and during Ramadan) and the place was packed. We had a large group of 7 and the chef and staff went out of their way to get us seated, pushing tables together and checking on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They all had smiles on their faces and were genuinely helpful. The food came out SO quickly, we barely had to wait. Everyone’s meals were delicious, and the hummus was divine. ? Highly recommend!

The rice was moist and flavorful, the meat was good ( we ordered the combo platter for 2-3 people), the garlic sauce was on point , salad amazing, hummus amazing.My sister in law tasted cinnamon in the meat and it threw her off but I don’t think that’s enough of an issue to stop the rating. Something to think about if they take reviews into account.PRICEThe price for the combo platter was $70 but it included 3 types of meat, salad, hummus, bread, sauce, rice, pickles. If you’re Arab it’s enough for 3 people maximum. If you’re not arab you could probably feed like 5 people. I really don’t find the prices that bad. Cafe Istanbul has similar combo platters that start at $130.ServiceI don’t know if they did not expect to be this popular because the wait times were pretty long. If they could get that under control I think this restaurant would only get 5 stars from other customers. When it gets warmer I’m sure that would all improve because they have outdoor seating.Utensils, drinks, napkins are self serve. It’s a good set up in my opinion. Tip culture can deter people from eating out but you don’t have to tip as much which the way things at set up. Also it makes everything less complicated in my opinion and the employees can focus more on the food and seating.
This is a gem in Columbus. Every dish we got was exceptional even with myself ordering the Greek salad with olives. I forgot to tell them to take them off because I really really don't like olives. The chef even said that he would take them off, which I said no that is fine. I removed olives, but actually kept some on the salad. The salad was soooo good I ate olives. This will be a return to restaurant for sure.
