Everytime I come here honestly it's amazing, the food, the wait staff, go out of their way to make sure it's an amazing dining experience. Cowboy ribeye by far best price and value for your meal. Amazing for a dinner date or for a business meal. Always a bit pricey but that's what you get from the best steakhouse in Columbus.

We enjoyed memorable dining at Jeff Ruby's, where we took our daughter to celebrate her graduation from OSU. Nick, our server, was very patient as we pondered the menu. Everything out of the kitchen was superb. TJeff Ruby's ranks among the top steakhouses in America.
The service was outstanding and so was the food. My steak was incredible. The atmosphere is perfect to laugh and talk. My wife and I had a great time. The men's restroom needed a little attention, otherwise this review would be all 5 stars. Thanks

It was good but not the best JR experience I've had. Our server was amazing (!!) the staff is always amazing! but my wedge salad was overdressed and my steak was underdone. They also sat us across from a large room of boisterous business bros who had probably been drinking too much and then all proceeded to drive their cars home.

Back again and they did not disappoint. We ordered Chilean Sea Bass, Scallops, Oyster Rockefeller, the Crab Cake and a nice Pinot Grigio!

We have been to Jeff Ruby at least 6 times and have always been pleased but last night we were not pleased. We made a reservation for 6 and when we got there our table was in the bar where it was very very loud ( my mistake for not asking for a table in the dining room). I could see a lot of empty tables in the dining room but we were not that lucky we were seated in the basement. I'm sure that some people may like the area but it definitely has a musty smell and there were again a lot of empty tables but we were seated literally right next to the kitchen where it was very loud I would think that table would be the last table you seat. I think the hostess was annoyed when we didn't want to sit in the bar. Our server was very pleasant and accommodating, but the food was very mediocre, my lobster was undercooked. We definitely won't be back anytime soon.
Erin was amazing. Very attentive and focused on ensuring we had the best evening possible. She educated us on the various meats and their different tastes, along with the sides. My son went with the cowboy steak that was a 10 out of 10!! My son is hard to please/impress and he walked out saying ‘wow'

My husband and I went here for our 16th wedding anniversary, and the whole experience was outstanding! We had one of the best servers, Dave, who made our evening such a wonderful time! I'm sure the other servers are great, but hopefully, you get Dave if you dine there. The food was outstanding! I had the barrel cut filet mignon, medium, and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The lobster mashed potatoes is a nice side, as well as the glazed carrots. The Wagyu meatballs are a delicious appetizer to start with. The cowboy steak is also superb. I like sweet wines, so the Luccio Moscato was lovely. The ambiance and decor of the steakhouse also make for a romantic adventure that I most highly recommend! This place is a jewel for Columbus. We will be stopping back again. Thanks, Jeff Ruby's for giving us a wonderful anniversary experience!

This was our first time and we were not disappointed!! We were seated in the Buckeye Room - FANTASTIC! A chandelier made out of a tuba is not something you see every day! And the food was excellent. Patrick was fabulous as our server. His recommendations were spot on and he made us feel so very welcomed. We will be back!
Celebrated my sisters 40th birthday here as part of a full day and night of activities. Her first time there, she loved everything and left full and satisfied. Tommy took great care of us and was able to sneak a cake topper we brought onto the dessert we got.
We enjoy JR, but the last couple of times our steak was undercooked. The staff did a great job taking care of us, so that's great! It's an issue that's more of an inconvenience/waiting.

The service was absolutely great especially booking a private event for CIOs. Chip was really great with accommodations and communication. The as always was delicious, no one of entire group had any complaints. Since we had a private room, noise levels were great where we could conversate comfortably. Definitely recommend for private business dinners!

Consistency is key and you always get that @ every Jeff Ruby restaurant. Celebrated my niece's birthday with oysters Rockefeller, filets, mashed potatoes and asparagus. My niece was given a darling plate of dessert varieties. She still had to get the cheesecake & I always have to have the ricotta donuts! Leftovers went home with the niece. Olivia and Sam were very good & attentive. Cole came by to say hello & check on us. #beststeakinUSA
