I hadn't been to Marcella's in years but was pleasantly surprised how great the food and atmosphere has become. Our server, Doyle, was excellent. He was patient with our “all night” girls reunion and didn't rush us as many servers tend to do. We will be back!

My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our 1 year anniversary! This is where we went on our first date! When we first arrived, I felt like the vibe was off like the hostesses were not super friendly like just okay so my expectations were low. We get sat and our server was immediately attentive and asked us if we were there for a special occasion. I told her we were celebrating our one year and she was so happy for us. She ended up bringing us a happy anniversary card which was so sweet and thoughtful. Everything we ordered was great and delicious but the real star was our server, Ali Henderson! I'm not sure if I've ever had a nicer server before. She was awesome!

Our experience was excellent. The food was well prepared, hot, and well presented. Jasmine was personable, professional and attentive. Pasta, meatballs and salad is among the best in town. I would offer only one suggestion: the bread could be crustier!
We were celebrating a birthday and graduation. The food and wine were excellent. Our server Doyle was very helpful and made wonderful recommendations for us and was very attentive to our family. Will definitely be back.

Stopped in at Marcella's for lunch, had not been there for awhile. The have lunch combos that we took advantage of - under $14 for soup or salad and a half portion of pasta. Our impression of food was mixed. My wife enjoyed her wedding soup and her Fettucine and Meatball. My chopped salad was mostly (95%) iceberg with a few pieces of carrot, cucumber, tomato and the smallest amount of blue cheese possible. The lasagna was dry - needed more meat, sauce and cheese. The bread was good, though not even remotely warm. Asked for butter instead of the oil on the table and got it after a 15 minute wait. Service was slow because our waiter was serving a table of 18 right next to us. Took about 25 minutes to get food and they brought the soup, salad and pasta out all at once. I would have liked to have gotten it served soup/salad first and then pasta, but I did not specify so that's on me. This place pales in comparison to Valentina's at Bridge Park. They either need to up their game or convert it to a Valentina's. Wasn't terrible but among my worst Cameron Mitchell experiences. Do better!

Loved the meal but a few issues. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday but were sat next to another family which was strange. We never received bread and took forever to get our order placed. The plates were dirty; my wine glass was sticky. We were given a bag for our leftovers and as it sat on the table the waitress grabbed it back giving it to another family. She told the other party “you can have it, I can get those people another one” well we never got one. Thanks for the “special birthday treatment” ?

I hate to leave a bad review...but this was ridiculous. We waited an hour for our pick up order (which gets scheduled for a certain time!). When it finally came out, there was zero acknowledgment of the wait time. Just "here ya go". The food was all cold so we raised a concern. The manager half heartedly offered to remake the food, but again, no apology or anything. We literally watched two tables get seated, eat their meal, and leave in the time we were waiting. The remade food took another 30 min, was still not warm, and honestly, I'm not convinced it was actually remade. The food ultimately was pretty good (pasta was pretty salty) but again, everything was cold. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

My husband and I dined with our friends, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The calamari and arancini appetizers were delicious, as was my chicken piccata and my husband's salmon. Our friend's lasagna was HUGE and very delicious as well. Our waiters Jim and Mallory were excellent. Their friendly approach, timely service, and helpful suggestions were most appreciated. Great overall experience!

The restaurant was freezing, with all the fans blowing. It wasn't a hot day. Our soup was cold and had to be sent back. Our paninis were room temperature , not hot. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty the service was slow. I will not return.
Our server, leo, was amazing. It was prom night with 1000 tables and all separate checks, yet my family and I were very well taken care of. His attention to each table was spot on and even thought the atmosphere was energetic - Leo was always calm, polite, and courteous. Great food and service as have always had.
Loved our Anniversary dinner at Marcella's! Great food, the meatball appetizer was fantastic, super fun place, we will be back! Our server Jenna was fantastic, checked on us multiple times, a welcome change versus post COVID experiences elsewhere.
Highly recommend. Service and food was great. Jim was our server and he was awesome! We celebrated our son's birthday and Jim made sure to make it special for him. We will be back. Thank you!
This Marcella's is wonderful. I have never had a bad meal. The service is great. They are polite, prompt, and pleasant. The food is always so delicious! My friends and I love to eat here whenever we get together and are near Polaris.

A decent place had better Italian food. Tried cheese garlic bread and eggplant Parmesan for lunch. The eggplant was nice and crispy felt the sauce was little too sour for my taste. The service can be better took a while to get us seated and we had to suggest that the bar had empty seats can we sit there. Once we seated ourselves we had to go ask for menus and service.

The table I booked for 9 was ready at the appointed time. Bar service was a little slow while we waited but was good after we got in the rotation. Everyone said their food was great. I had salmon, it was very good! The server stayed on top of things and did a good job. Weds is half priced wine night so that worked out great! Great experience overall.
