Quaint Italian restaurant. Don’t bring kids. No kid menu and charge $5 for plate split. No kid cups. They are clearly trying to exclude family dining which is fine but we didn’t know. Service and atmosphere fantastic

What kind of Italian restaurant doesn't serve bread or breadsticks? You actually have to buy the bread. Unheard of. My $39 dollar dinner was sliced duck breast (small slices, no flavor, except for the cranberry sauce, which was good), pureed beet root (flavorless), and a few small slices of carrots (also no flavor). I was still hungry when I left. How about adding some potatoes or pasta to the entrée if you are not going to serve bread? Plus, on a Friday night the place was pretty empty, so that tells you something. The service was good though.

We went here for dinner on a Wednesday night. The food was decent, except for one of the pasta dishes we ordered which was a bit undercooked. The waitress was able to have the chef remake it for us, but it didn't make a difference because the second one was still undercooked. The other food we ordered was pretty good. We tried to arrive for their happy hour and arrived before the happy hour was over, but were unaware that the happy hour is only for the bar and high top seating. When we asked our server about this they did not offer to move us to the happy hour section and said by that time the happy hour was over anyways. Overall this place is okay, some decent food and a nice atmosphere.

It was more fine dining than I was expecting which means service was paced a little slower and was top notch! The menu had a great mix of authentic and trendy choices. We shared everything we ordered because the food was an experience we all wanted to share. There's something for all ages and pallets on the menu!

My wife and I had an excellent date night dinner. We were greeted so warmly by the owner, Speranza, and the atmosphere, service, and food were simply exquisite. This restaurant always surpasses expectations!

The waitress put a 24% tip on without asking (we expected 20% automatic for a group of 6 or more) When it was mentioned to the owner, she offered a $10 gift card that would be waiting at the bar. Said it must have been a "computer glitch". When we arrived to pick it up. There was less than $4 in dimes and nickels in an envelope. When I asked the owner again, she said her wait staff had to pay rent and our table of ten did not order enough food. Not sure what to say, but that was unbelievable!!

What can't you like about this restaurant owned two talented Italian natives. The servers are friendly and attentive. The food classically Italian with some creative twists. Always a favorite for us.

They item I wanted wasn't on menu, and I described it to the server and they said it was whatever I mentioned, so ordered it. When it came out, It wasn't even close to what I described, very disappointed. Not sure if the server was really listening to what I said, or if they just had the name of the dish incorrect in their mind. I would think that the server would have realized the dish wasn't right when it was plated. Everything else was great, but the wrong dish placed a gloom over the entire evening.

Booked online requesting a quiet table for anniversary dinner. Wasn’t asked if first visit, wasn’t told about specials or how bread service worked. Apparently you have to ask what specials they might have and know if you want bread, you have to order/purchase chefs ciabatta bread from menu. Was never asked if we were celebrating anything. Husband’s food was very good (short ribs), my dish less desirable (bolognese). It was very dry, little sauce. Not the romantic anniversary dinner we were expecting.

A great find! Another restaurant couldn't accommodate us as we were a party of nine. I looked up restaurants in the area and found Nicola. I called to see if they could seat our larger party and explained we would be there in 5 minutes. They said they could and when we arrived, they seated us immediately. Upscale atmosphere. Super friendly staff and great service. The best part was the food. Absolutely delicious! I sampled different dishes and all were delectable. Wonderful experience and food! We will be coming back!

Just a wonderful way to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary. Great meal, service and food. Everyone from the nice lady who greeted us at our table with water, and cleared our plates to our fantastic waiter, what a great place for an authentic Italian meal. This place has many regulars that return time after time and are always greated by the management. If you have not checked this great place out...you must! Thanks so much!

The honeymoon had to end I guess. We had the worst veal Parmesan ever. It was obviously bought in bulk prebreaded and frozen. It was hard to cut and chew-dry and tasteless. I ordered extra red sauce and she forgot. Very little cheese on it. We were shocked Nicola would ever serve something so awful. We both took 90% to go and I asked for extra red sauce. She forgot again. Epic fail, Nicola!!!
