Since when does the store change the way a pick2 can be ordered from the app?????You might want to retrain Cristianna at the bexley location on the menu and customer service. She was very rude and dismissive. I have ordered a pick 2 with a full sandwich before and it's just an upcharge on the sandwich. Don't argue and tell me it can't be done. It's not possible!

This location needs some adult guidance. I came in on a day I didn't feel well and wanted a healthy lunch. I stood in line to order food and despite two young employees standing behind the counter (one in a purple shirt), no one was taking orders. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help, they just stood there and talked to each other. I tried to get their attention to ask if I could order food (I was not at the front of the line but no one else was asking) and I was ignored. I waited maybe 10 minutes then left. I love Panera but will not return to this location.

HOLY #@$%! My local panera closed, so I haven't been in a while. I cannot believe that a half a sandwich, a cup of soup and a drink is $17 at what is basically a fast food place. Panera quality was always... fine... but it most CERTAINLY is not $17 worth of fine.

Second time visiting Panera I only went back because I thought maybe that was just a one time thing but now I see it’s probably going on all the time. Food was good. Staff was pleasant just sitting in a good atmosphere with family. OMG this one lady that smelled horribly and she is the same person from my first visit, using bad language majority of the time that we were there, I thought a staff member or manager would have come over and help with the situation but I was told there was nothing that they could do . This should not be going on in a place of eating, or even around food and drinks. Lottering should never be acceptable. Not sure to visit a third time.
Nice location and pleasant staff. Quickly greeted and order taken. The only problem I have had is ordering something on the menu and being told that they weren't serving that on that day. Disappointing and that felt strange so I went somewhere else to eat.

Omg, why didn't I know about the Lemon cookies at Panera? These cookies are big, soft & buttery with a light lemon taste. You should just get the 4pk which is about $8.65 or so. You will love these cookies, I promise.

Don't waste your money at this poorly managed location...go to Brassica or Newfangled Kitchen nearby! I've been to this location a couple times and it's really hit or miss. The times where it's been a miss seem to be when there is no adult management present. Not to knock college and high school employees but seems very unorganized and attention to detail is bad. Today I stood in line and watch 3 orders ahead of mine get messed up and went against my gut...ordered...and my order got messed up.
