An absolute joke. Second time I have ordered from this store and not had good experiences. Half of our pizza was just sauce as if they threw the pizza in the box, and the garlic knots were dumped into the box and were completely dry. The box was seasoned better than the garlic knots themselves. I’ll never order from here again.

Terrible commitment to the client.Orders that were supposed to be ready, there was a person from Doordash who waited more than half an hour and there was another from Uber Eats who left better. In addition, two other customers also became desperate because they did not have the truly terrible product but terrible service

Today, Ordered 3 pepperoni and cheese pizza's as the goal was only trying to make sure that the children, who were hungry, cranky, and sleepy ate. Papa John's on Main St. It's not far at all. To get home to discover that the pizza's weren't even done was very disheartening. It had been a long day already. Called to see if this situation could be rectified. Spoke with Chris, the manager there who quickly let me know that he "wasn't just going to give me free pizza's." Last time I checked, when you it look up, the name given pops up, letting you know someone paid. So as you can seeIt's not free pizza's at all. But it was a waste of money on our part. And loss of business for the company, because, me and my family won't be back, and i'm posting this experience on social media too.Nobody wants to spend their money, and get disappointed, and definitely not to be disrespected.I was instantly shocked and highly offended to have been spoken to that way especially by someone being the representative of the store.Chris had no empathy, compassion or care about this at all. My nephew came to pick up the 3 pizza's, and called, spoke respectfully to Chris calmly explained the situation. Chris was not willing to do anything to try to rectify the situation. Was told that the night shift manager would be in by 5PM, and going to tell us the same thing. I have been calling,for quite quite a while this evening, and the phone rings, seems like it's going to pick up, just to be sent to the recorded message over and over. Have already called the corporate office on this one. Oh yeah. Never have I ever heard of any treatment like this before in the food industry.I never gave a star on this rating forreal. The thing is,you can't post your comment unless you give at least 1 star.I would not recommend the Papa John's on Main St. in Columbus, Ohio

It took this store over an hour to deliver 2 items. They made my order wrong and to make matters worse the door dasher ate some of my food. Why wasn't my items secured with seal stickers to prevent anything like this. They've lost a customer for life. Corporate will here from me in the morning! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

After our order was stolen from another store, we decided to order pickup from here. The employees were super helpful and polite, definitely made our night a whole lot better! The food was also fantastic! Very delicious! 10/10 will order here again!

Ordered carry out and asked for square cut….they didn’t even do that and then called this cutting a first grader can cut better then this they look at this and thought this was even and acceptable….and then these garlic knots are not even big they are bite size this was a waste of

Worse store ever. They don't believe in picking up the phone. I asked for Twix Bites. There was more bread than these burnt Twix bites. I had no caramel dip. If they were out of stock that's fine but they could've gave me icing as a substitute. And truck comes in Tuesday. So this happened on a Wednesday. So there's really no excuse on why it looks like this!

Trash food cold and hard and the driver stole my changes the driver was from door dash but I order on the phone I never order thru door dash I will never spend money there again ???????

Food mostly doesn’t suck but it takes a long time to arrive & you can always rely on deliverers not following delivery instructions. Annoying because I usually tip 20% too. Always have notes in there to just set down and leave and one guy knocked on my bedroom window when I didn’t answer the door. Super weird. The other thing you can rely on is them missing a/multiple side item(s). They did it last time and the manager promised they would deliver it later but we waited an hour, called back, and the guy said he would just refund the entire order because he couldn’t figure out how to credit us or just remove the jalapeno bites from my bill. That was on 10/24 and I just checked my account statements and saw I was not refunded for any of it. Not worth calling back for 6 bucks but definitely won’t be using this location anymore.
