Thank you for the wonderful experience Piada chef and staff! Food was wonderful, fresh and delicious. Staff were super helpful and friendly. It’s nice to be reminded what great customer service is like. I’ve been to many Piada locations and don’t have the same experience. Another note was how clean it was, staff were quick to wipe down tables after customers left, something many other Piada locations seem to forget. It’s nice to sit down at a clean table to eat. This location is great, I will definitely be coming back!

First time there and the process of very confusing. The guy was kind of helpful, but the ladies were all speaking in Spanish to each other and not being helpful at all. Food was good, but portions were too small. I was still hungry after. I suggest their standard question be, “Have you been here before?” That way they can help people figure it out.

The gentlemen in the white coat Chef Alejandro provided an excellent customer service experience, was very professional, and recommended great food suggestions. It was my first time in and I ordered a carbonara. The food presentation was great as well as the food. I will definitely be coming back!

Normally I love this place!! The servers are amazing and respectful. Today though I was a bit annoyed. Take a look below. I just left.Servers: the first server looked to be about 16 years old and seemed to not understand when I asked for more pasta as she gave me little by little by little. I ended up just asking the next server for more to which she turned around to check as if it was coming out of her salary.The next server then proceeded to cut my salmon before just placing the whole piece in my bowl. He literally stood in front of me cutting it and I'm wondering why he's taking so long to just out the piece in the dish. I then asked the cashier if that was the correct amount of protein I was given to which he replied affirmatively as he stuttered for an explanation. "It's just cut", is what he ends up saying, making no sense.FYI: If the servers are not paying for your food they should not be cutting the portions in ANY way. They were rude and need to come to an understanding of true service. Next time I'll just leave the food because I literally saw him standing there cutting the salmon into a smaller piece giving me broken pieces instead of a whole one.The flavor: The flavor was amazing. Everything fit together perfectly! However, the noodles were cold.The main reason for the drop in stars is the customer service, I still can't believe he was cutting the protein into a smaller piece to give me. SMH He spoke Spanish but I understood.

Let me start by saying I've never left a review for anything or anyone! I know places have their good days and their bad days but THIS Piada is always on their A game! They never miss a beat! I've been to plenty of other Piadas! As soon as I step foot inside this one they ALWAYS greet me and my family! It's nice to see everyone have a smile and you can tell they all enjoy working with one another! I didn't know that they were supposed to mix the pasta in a warmed pan until I came to this location! It's nice to see what looks like the manager (wearing a white coat) on the front line and attending to the customers! The food is always delicious and this place is always SUPER clean! Definitely my favorite location!
