App is still confusing, and the call center thing is still an oddity for me so just be careful!!*****Original Review*****Absolutely awful. I was craving a pizza which I don't order very often. Got on the app and ordered and accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. I immediately called the store but apparently the stores don't answer their own phones, the have a call center... For a restaurant. The call center then connected me back to the restaurant where I have been on hold for 25 minutes while writing this review. Not only am I pissed at the inability to answer a phone, but the app also suckers you into this. I selected contactless and was prompted to add a tip, you know, like the things one normally does on DELIVERY not PICKUP. I'll keep sitting on hold so I can beg someone to deliver my food, but I'm not gonna hold my breath“

“Decided to give Pizza Hut another try after a subpar experience a month ago... this time the order was perfect. The person taking the call was extremely helpful and friendly. The order was pefect and on time. The cheese and sauce was especially great.“

“Just wanted to write a review about a very sweet employee at this location and I wish we would’ve got his name. My mom and I were volunteering to do a litter clean up around the neighborhood and surrounding area. We had been cleaning up 161 area for a while and later drove down to park in the Pizza Hut parking lot to clean up that side of 161. We got out of the car and he started talking to us out of the drive through window. Said we were welcome to park there and said he appreciated what we were doing and then said we could use the dumpsters when we were done. After cleaning up that side for a while, he came out to us with a small pizza box and said he just made it for us for working so hard. That was so sweet and we really appreciated it. The pizza was amazing and it was a combination I never would’ve tried myself but might be my new favorite now, Chicken, sausage, and red peppers.“
“I have ordered from this location many times. Food is always great and the hard working staff are always very friendly and helpful. My son loves their delicious boneless wings. He even prefers them over the ones that we get from B dubs!!! Thank you for the great customer service. :) ?“
“RON is the ABSOLUTE BEST of all time! Such professionalism and genuine attention to consumers. All faith was lost in this location until we ran into RON. We spent over $56 and our food was A1 quality. Pizzas pippin hot and flavorful in addition to to our bread sticks and sweet treat cinnamon treats. Please uplift RON he is in charge and handling the load exclusively and doing a superb job. I DO NOT give positive reviews often so this man deserves a standing ovation. Give him a raise NOW!“
“Very kind employee took my order for my son’s birthday party, and went the extra mile to write a happy birthday message on the boxes! She also threw in a birthday cookie (which she verified with me would be ok in case of allergies). So sweet! Great customer service today!!“

“Was super busy and under staff but have to give it to the woman that was working the front. She stayed calm and tried her best to problem solve. I have worked in the service industry so i know how it can be when you’re understaffed and busy. I longer then 20 mins but i could see they were all trying and working hard. She kept everyone update on the status of there order, problem solved best as possible.“
“So, I’m just a regular guy. I don’t make much money, I’m a Paramedic. So when I go out for food, I expect that the people that are preparing it have some love in their food/job. Tonight, I ordered pizza from this restaurant. They said it would be ready I. 15 minutes. Well, when I arrived 15 minutes later, there were 2 other customers waiting for their pizzas. There were no employees to be seen. After about 10 more minutes of waiting and 3 more customers that came in, I her a voice from the back that says”hold on, I’m making orders “. About another 15 minutes goes by and out comes this very tired looking employee. I said , “you must be the only one working”? He said yes. My hats off to you man. He was late thus 4 of 5 stars, but he was nice, and his pizzas were great! He deserves an atta boy Pizza Hut bean counters!“
“A Special thanks to the delivery driver for reading my delivery instructions and asking for me by name before handing me the food.I've had my food stolen one to many times by low lifes due to prepaying with my debit card and the delivery driver just leaving my food on the porch or giving it to the first person they see.I hate when they do that,I shouldn't have to go by the atm machine just to grab a few bucks for a pizza later on.But at least when you pay cash you know the food will arrive safely in your hands.I didn't have to worry about that this time.So thanks again,Excellent job !“
