My family and I went here for my post graduate celebration and it was a beautiful experience. It was quiet, our table was comfortable, the drinks were amazing, and the food was tasty. Our server, Jennifer, answered all of our questions and routinely checked in on us. I would highly recommend booking for your next small event or gathering.
First time eating at South Village Grille. It was easy to make a reservation and the table was ready for us on arrival. The servers were very attentive and the happy hour specials were a pleasant surprise. Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. We'll definitely go back again as no one tried the pizza on this outing.

We really enjoyed our meal here. The menu is small but with eclectic choices within each offering. We all ordered something different and they each had nice twists to them that were flavorful and unique. The calamari and curried cauliflower were particularly good and unusual takes on these. We come from a place where the state appetizer is calamari, so finding this unique and tasty spin on it was an extra treat! The service was pleasant and attentive - lovely experience from beginning to end.

When our friends came to visit us from Chicago, we only thought of one place, South Village Grille to come to. And, the restaurant didn't let us down. The food was great, the service was first class, the ambiance was very comfortable. Of course, we will be back.

Disappointing food. We used to go there frequently in the past and there food was always really fresh and delicious . Decided to go for bunch and were very disappointed . My steak tacos looked unappetizing and tasted the same . My wife's meal was also not great. A pity as it used to be a more upscale eatery .
It was great. However, I was excited to try the duck as friends have raved about it. It was still on the menu online. When we arrived it was no longer on the menu. I still found great food, but duck is uncommon at many restaurants and one of my favorites. Bring it back! And keep your website updated.

Absolutely one of our favorite restaurants in the Columbus area. The carbonara is one of the best pasta dishes anywhere. My wife had the tomahawk pork chop and it was outstanding. The bartenders drink were amazing, the service was extremely friendly and prompt and the atmosphere quaint and inviting. Love this restaurant.
South Vill has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Columbus. When I have friends visiting from out of town, I now go straight to Open table to book South Village Grill. Everything that I've had on the menu has been great. The calamari, edamame, Virginia West roll, shrimp tempura roll and margarita pizza are a few of my favorites!
A family meal shared at this little gem of a restaurant :) A table of of 6 was treated like family with lots of yummy appetizers cooked to perfection! Will go back soon and recommend it to others!

This hidden gem is absolutely amazing. From the food to the service - this place is 5 stars across the board. We’ve ordered different menu items every visit, and they’re always top notch. The short rib burger is in my top 3 best burgers of all time. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Columbus!

Very fresh ingredients! I had a simple salad as a starter and I wanted to order one to go it was so good. I had the hot fish sandwich with fries and I was very impressed with the presentation and the taste. I will definitely be back to try other items my server was excellent and gave good recommendations. Looking forward to my next visit
