“First thing, steak temps were as ordered. It may sound a little obvious but I have spent too much money at “top notch” steakhouses and chop houses that don’t get the temp right on our steaks. Second, service was second to none! Not too in-your-face or the opposite and never able to be found. And, they definitely were NOT pretentious. Shaun was our server tonight and I can’t say enough positive things. He had great suggestions regarding the menu, especially in response to specific questions like the aged steaks. 70 and 85 days aged is going to yield a pretty ripe steak. I went with the boneless ribeye Delmonico. It was delicious. We asked about having our Christmas dinner there and we are a party of 8, so Shaun told us to give him a minute and he went and got someone who came to the table and discussed making those arrangements. Shaun followed up with us afterwards. I can’t say much more! The prices are higher than other “high end” steakhouses but there is no question anymore if it is worth it. “When we first walked it the ambiance screamed fancy the menu expensive but not overly priced. I got the brunch burger and omg it was so good. The service was amazing anytime we were low on drinks Ethan was always right on it with more no need to ask. Gave us time and didn't hover over would definitely come back. 10/10 anything coming out of the kitchen looked good. They have a dig salad menu as well. Wish I would of took pictures“

“Typical steakhouse, excellent steaks, served with 2 side dishes from a wide choice. The welcome rolls served hot are made on site. The sweet potato is succulent and tender.However, it is recommended to book in advance to avoid a long waiting time (sometimes up to an hour), especially on weekends. But patience is rewarded“

“Mixed family of 7 ate here for the first time today. Prices are "cheap" compared to other sit down restaurants (Longhorn/Texas Roadhouse/Olive Garden) and barely more expensive than fast food. Portions are a great size, drinks were constantly filled, food was good but not fantastic (lacking in flavor); meat was very tender. We will definitely return. If you've never been, it's absolutely worth a try!“

“We had such an amazing time celebrating my son’s 16th birthday tonight. Our server was Brennan or Brendan I can’t remember how he spelled it. He was the most amazing server I’ve had here. My niece and I are servers as well and he was a pleasure to have taking care of us!!! The manager came around and checked to make sure everything was great which it was! I 100% recommend coming in and grabbing a big margarita and an amazing steak to eat!!! Ohhh and if youre lucky enough to have brennan/ brendan as your server he will go above and beyond for you and make sure all is good with the meal and anything else!!! “The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with dim lighting and soft jazz music playing in the background. We ordered our steaks cooked to perfection and savored every bite. The old fashions were mixed just right, with the perfect balance of bourbon, sugar, and bitters. It was a wonderful evening filled with good food, good drinks, and good conversation. Unfortunately, we don't remember our waitress's name - but she was one of the friendliest and observant waitresses I've ever had! The younger gentleman who brought out our appetizers and salads was terrific too. I had the filet and lobster and it was perfect! Since Covid, I don't think I've had this good of an experience at any other restaurant. I feel weird saying this, but for a "chain" restaurant, we received 5 star service! The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful.Parking: The parking lot seems large enough to never be over full.Kid-friendliness: They have cheaper kids meals and options for them on the buffet.“

“Took a long to get ordered drinks and a ridiculous amount of time to get the check... food was really good but for some of it the servers did not know the kind of beef they were presenting to you... which was just a little frustrating if you were trying to get something specific“

“I had a delightful meal at Mitchell's: 10oz filet mignon, grilled broccolini, baked potato, and salad. The food was delicious and my waitstaff, Brandon and Vincent, were superb. They communicated well and were genuinely committed to providing excellent service without hovering. I have Celiac's and some serious food allergies and was particularly grateful for how they handled this information, ensuring that the chef modified my meal for my needs so that I wouldn't get sick.
