Creole and Cajun food fanatic here. I spend a LOT of time in New Orleans and Montréal (a great Creole food city as well.) The gumbo was as good as I've had in a long time- the secret is getting that smoke in there and you did it. My girlfriend had the vegan chili-phenomenal. Nice people and location. Can't wait to return!
