Came here after the gym for a quick bite. Interior was well kept and had island vibes decor. Two wraps. Hummus veggie and buffalo chicken wrap with chips and apple as the side. Added detox island green smoothie for $4.99 as opposed to $7.50. Both wraps were wrapped tight and packaged neatly. The detox island green smoothie had ginger which was a nice touch. I noticed the drive through orders were completed much faster than dine in.

Staff are unbelievably rude. I asked for my receipt and she rolled her eyes and closed the window in my face. I didn’t even order everything I wanted because I could hear her huffing as I was ordering.

Used Drive-thru. Staff not friendly. Ordered PB Cup smoothie. Should have tasted it before I got home. Horrible! Zero peanut butter taste and zero chocolate taste. Just tasted like a very sweet banana. So nasty! Not impressed! Do not recommend!

This was one of the best ones I have ever been to, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It was nice, especially because I came from the hospital after going through testing all morning, and the staff smiling at you and having fun just really helped!! Thank you, Tropical Smoothie!

I used to enjoy coming to this location when it first opened, but over the last couple years I've just been priced out. My smoothie I get has gone up 2 dollars over 2 years from 5.50 to 7.40. That amd the rewards system has devalued the points you earn. It used to be a deal, now for me it just isn't worth it.

i don’t come here often but believe me, every time i do, the service isn’t worth the cost of the food. the staff is never friendly, they hardly ever make eye contact, they move so slow and my order has only been right ONCE. It’s always younger people running the place when i go. I recommend more training. All around. Customer service skills need to be pushed heavily.

I love the food and smoothies here. I'm a successful black woman, I like to support any business that owned or hire the youth of my culture. I like to bless them with money and /or opportunities. I have a very big social media platform in which I post a lot of that content. I wanted to bless one of the employees. I went through the drive-thru and ordered. I'm not sure what I did or what I said but when I pulled around there were 2 young ladies' heads protruding out the window staring at me looking angry. I was confused but I said hello and handed them my card. They took my card shut the window without a word and proceeded to speak about me like I couldn't hear them. In my mind, I'm (I'm filming everything) thinking I wanted to bless one of these young ladies and their behavior is disgusting. I was shocked. When one of the young ladies came back with my card and food I tried to tell her that if I had spoken in a tone or way that offended them I apologize. I'm at least 15 years her senior, I have a child and I understand the raging hormones and young adult feelings.. However, she didn't look at me and continued to have a conversation about me with someone behind her and closed the window. I was shocked but that's how you miss out on your blessings. Everyone isn't your enemy young lady. I won't come back nor will I upload the video. I understand life can be cruel and unfair but every day you have to wake up and put your best foot forward. You never know who you dealing with. God BlessPS like some of the other reviews have stated I did not receive the extra item that I paid for. Food is great, always check your bag before you leave.

Every order without fail has been delivered incorrectly. As a workaround I tried calling to resolve and ALL calls went straight to voicemail.... Yeah that's a wrap with this restaurant... No pun intended.

Mango Monsoon Mango, Pineapple, Papaya, Guava & Passionfruit My first time here and having a smoothie I'm more of a milkshake girl.This one wasn't bad it just had a chalky aftertaste. It was good for my 1st smoothie
