Had the chicken sandwich and it was phenomenal. Also, I've never been to a brewery where all the beers taste exactly how they tell you they will, but seriously the cream and two sugars literally tasted like a cup of coffee. The blueberry wit tastes just like a wit with blueberry juice in and the IPA isn't trying to be anything creative. It's an IPA for folks who like IPAs.

The fish sandwich was delicious! Not a fan of the fries.

Awesome place careful parking in the neighborhood, was there less than an hour and got a $65.00 parking ticket from city of Columbus. Literally parked across the street from the parking lot.

Went for a send off party the other day. We were all in a big group in the tent. The bench style seating was uncomfortable and the tent had a lot of cold air leaking in. The restaurant was fairly busy but not packed. It was very hard to have a conversation with someone less than 2 feet from me.The beer here is excellent. The fries were super satisfying.Took a while to give my order at the bar (no table service I guess) despite there being almost no one else placing an order.

Nice spot, great for a chill night. Set up produces a lot of sound.

Super solid! This branch of the brewery is nice for the expanded (and very good) menu. I had the burger and was very pleased with both it's size and quality. The French fries were also very nice- crispy and fresh. The beers are pretty solid, with a few IPAs and imperial stouts too. I was a bit bummed that they didn't have any sours or fruity beers, but that's just my preference.Overall, a solid prick!Kid-friendliness: There were babies and kids!

This was a great place after a movie at studio 35 even on a snowy night. Beers were pretty good. Poutine reminded me of the first time I had poutine years ago at night market in Vancouver, Canada. butternut hummus was pretty good. The sweet and spicy chicken sandwich was awesome, I've been disappointed by others in the area recently so this was a surprise. I think the peanut slaw was the key.Glad this is in the neighborhood and will definitely return.

No doubt that Yellow Springs produces good beer and when they took over this space I was so excited with what they’d do with it, but after taking over such a great restaurant, the food is lackluster. Very basic and bland bar food that if you’re looking for a meal and a drink in the neighborhood, you’re much better off going to Studio 35 or India Oak. Their prices are also high for being a regular old taproom. To bring people in, you’d expect them to do specials like happy hours, but it felt like they didn’t really care. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, this really doesn’t seem like it’s going to be a neighborhood spot for most people

Meh. The beer is pretty good but this locations food and service is lackluster. You order from a QR and it is brought to you. Get your own water. The cheese curds were good but sauce was runny and lacking flavor. Falafel sandwich and grilled cheese good but over priced with a sides (fries or slaw) extra. The peanut slaw was lackluster and lacking any real peanut flavor. My friend asked for a box three times over 20 minutes to take his leftovers before he received it. I'd come for the beer but eat elsewhere.

My friends and I decided to try Yellow Springs for an early dinner and a few drinks. Upon entering, there is no one to greet you, and no sign indicating if you should wait or just find a table. Went up to ask the bartender who said " You just have to find a place to sit". So friendly and informative. WE found a corner table on the patio. The patio is ridiculously loud. There is no sound suppression so all of the people talking is bouncing off of everything. This is an issue because when a server brings your food or drink, they barely speak to you other than to announce what they have so that they can find out what person it's for. They don't talk loud enough for you to hear and then seem annoyed when you ask them to repeat themselves. Now on to the ordering... You have to order via OR code on the table, the app does not work well and they have poor reception so you have to wait for everything to load each time you try to do something. The online menu does not match the one on the table, and there is no one to ask a question to. Nothing comes out together, so 2 of you have drinks while the other 2 wait another 5-10 minutes to get their's. My friend and I both had someone come and without saying anything, take our glass when we weren't done with our drink. The beer was so so and the food was not great. I had the falafel which was very brown and crunchy and soft and not really cooked in the middle. It was also $15 with no side. Overall just not a good atmosphere, not great beer, mediocre food and unfriendly service. The kicker is, even though there is no wait staff, just food and drink runners, they ask for a tip. I won't be going back here, and won't be recommending it to anyone.

Checked out Yellow Springs taproom last weekend during the day and it was a great experience! The beers are good and the service was even better. The staff was very polite and gave us extra coasters and towel when they saw we were going to play card games at the table. The food was decent and we shared pretzels and cheese curds but really only went there for the beer!

Stopped in to meet a friend on a weekday night, and found a completely pleasant, adults in puffer jackets, working professional-vibe. A few toddlers accompanied their parents, and it was a calm but jovial atmosphere. Beers were lovely - Boat Show and their Farmhouse verily satisfied, and the food was nothing special but completely fine. We tried a falafel wrap that was small-ish but very flavorful. It came on a store bought pita, with falafel that were a bit wet inside? Drowned in tzatziki - which I prefer. Sweet and Spicy Fries were not spicy, but had a distinct Asian flair - very impressive looking and tasted good. You will not find any college students here (phew!). When the weather gets warmer I'll be back to meet neighborhood friends on the patio.
