I went inside I ordered a fry it was a handful of fries for $3. Tell me why I get to my car to eat my sandwich and my sandwich is cold. The cheese was not melted and the meat was room temp.And they were rude. I am never going back.”

“Recently purchased Steak Philly and Fries, and to my surprise I didn't know it was under new management. This is not the old Best Steak. It was very well lit, clean, new furniture, new flooring, no one hanging in the lobby, and very friendly staff. The owner (Butch) showed me a new event space(the old back entrance area ehere the lottery was) with bathrooms (not down in the basement). He mentioned Thursday Wings, and a new brunch option. Kudos!”

“Although not necessarily as heavenly as other Krispy Krunchy outlets I've been, to this still a dependable place for inexpensive heaps of fried chicken and biscuits. I'm guessing timing makes a big difference - that is, coming here just when a fresh batch has been fried. Otherwise, when you stop in, you'll see heaps and heaps of ready-made chicken sitting there under heat lamps. In my case, the chicken tenders were just a tad too crunchy on the outside and not as juicy on the inside as I've seen from other Krispy Krunchy outlets. Similarly, the biscuit was a bit crunchy and not as soft and fluffy as I'd expect. Nevertheless, it was all still warm, reasonably tasty, and reasonably inexpensive. Gets the job done when you need a decent fried chicken fix - fast.”

“Their pizza is so delicious. Whenever I'm up that way it's a must have. I live in Cuyahoga Falls and the only other pizza that was close to them in taste was Theresa's Pizza and they have closed.”

“I've been here twice. Both times the service was fast and friendly. It's "express" so food is premade and kept warm and then freshened up when it's ordered. It may not be quite as delicious as a hibachi grill that cooks fresh in front of you, but for $11 and drive through speed?!?! Definitely a value. Better than mall food and costs less. The chicken and veggie portion was average, but the rice serving was HUGE! If you're in a hurry and wanting some hibachi, definitely give it a shot!”

“As a visitor to Cleveland, I stopped here as the nearest microbrewery to my hotel, and couldn't be more pleased. The service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing, the fish and chips excellent, and the beer. THE BEER. Every one I tried was very good. Check this place out if you're ever in downtown Cleveland.”

“I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and the service! It also wasn't as expensive as I thought; only maybe $8-10 more expensive per dish than a common Italian chain restaurant. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and it was to-die-for. You can tell they only use the freshest ingredients, and the pasta is hand-made! The portion sizes were generous, and I had about half of my chicken parm left to enjoy tomorrow! My partner ordered the gnocchi dish, and it was delectable as well. The free bread with herb dressing was also a wonderful accompaniment to the food. I still found it affordable as we ordered 2 dishes, an entire bottle of wine, dessert, and we were still under $150 for 2 people. The atmosphere was perfect as well, and the service top-notch! If you have a special celebration, I highly recommend going here. I will definitely be back to try some other dishes and wines :)!”

“We have an absolutely amazing time every time we eat here! Perfect for a romantic, late night reservation with a group of 6 or less. Kitchen closes at 9 so get your order in- but the waitress told us right away so we didn't miss it! Great recommendations and waitress very knowledgeable about specials and favorites. “We've been meaning to stop during our travels here for a couple of years. We went on a Sunday night and it was quite busy. It seems there were two servers taking care of the whole restaurant and one was bartending as well. This, I feel, had an affect on the experience overall. The one drink that was ordered was not that great. We ordered pretty quickly, but had to ask for stuff like napkins and straws. Our appetizers and entrees arrived all at once. The combo appetizer was ok and nicely presented. The stuffed cabbage was luke warm. The gyro plate was good and the salad was excellent. Their bread and dipping sauces were also excellent. There aren't many options for this type of fare in this area, so this is a nice change of pace. Worth a try.”

Perfect descriptions for the drinks and we were pleased with both selections. We ordered several different small plates for sharing and enjoyed them all.
