“Our favorite place in Elyria!!! What a great find and hidden gem. Top quality ice cream made with top quality ingredients. There is an update every Wednesday with flavors available that weekend. You can place your order on line or go order in person on Saturdays. Order pick time is Saturday 11:00-3:00. The location is an old Lawson's store, when you pull in parking lot there is a whiteboard outside listing flavors. The owners will come out and take your order (or name if you pre-ordered) and bring your order to your car. You never get out of your car!The best thing about Cowhaus Creamery are the owners, Joe and Deb. Always a smile and grateful for the business. They are very passionate about their product, knowledgeable and creative. This is a perfect example of customer service that has been missing in the world for a long time.“

“We absolutely LOVE Twist n Shake! Everything we tried had tasted great, the staff are very friendly, the wait time + prices are very reasonable, the kids are doing a wonderful job. “My son loved these cookies and used to purchase them every week as a special treat. He was a police officer who passed away last year, and so to honor his memory on the anniversary of his death last month, I purchased several boxes of Crumbl cookies from the Amherst location to take to my son's police department, as well as several other departments. I ordered online, which was super simple, and I picked them up to deliver them the next day. This put a smile on my face and on the faces of the officers who received them. “The service was great and quick! We ordered the carne tostada and tacos. Their condiment bar had plenty of options (pickled jalapeños, grilled onions, fresh salsas, etc.) was kept clean by their kind staff. I recommend this location for lunch and or dinner. Plenty of seating and family friendly.“

I only have 2 complaints, 1 is they are almost always busy(which is a good sign) but they do get through the line quick while being friendly. And 2, the milkshake only come in one size. “So I'll start by saying that I went here probably 10yrs ago and it wasn't great.. Recently a friend and I decided to give it another shot, and I'm glad we did!! The service was excellent, attentive and friendly. They also let me sample the chicken paprikas sauce, which is really good!! However, we decided we wanted burgers and onion rings for lunch. My friend had the Sammy Say burger that was comparable to an OH BOY burger (if you're from around here you probably know what that is) and she said it was really good. I had the mushroom swiss burger and I have to say, it was one of THE BEST MUSHROOM SWISS BURGERS I'VE EVER HAD!! The onion rings were also fantastic!! The atmosphere was relaxing and laid back, the other patrons were all friendly and personable as well.. “This is such an incredible little place! Very family friendly and super fun space to be in. The workers were incredible, and super patient with my indecisive kiddos! She was also very kind about one of child's nut allergies, and went out of her way to clean the scoop in the back and was helping recommend ice creams with no cross contamination! Also, so happy with the price. I got ice cream for five for under 20 dollars, that's so unheard of! And it was quality ice cream too, so totally worth it. If your in the area, definitely consider a visit.“

“We went to Railroad Brewing Company for lunch and went over to Coco’s for a gelato dessert. The gelato was excellent. I had raspberry and my husband and daughter had the strawberry cheesecake. It was $5 for a decent size cup. I would definitely recommend.“

“This is a great place for ice cream. Nicely paved parking lot with plenty of spaces, great variety of ice cream dishes, and a kids play area right next door. A nice drive for the family or stop by if you're out on a walk. Keep in mind this place can get busy pretty quick. Also there are picnic tables and the kids play area that have attached solar lights. However, I noticed a worker that during busy times, impatience can sometimes manifest in short responses to customers or a hurried demeanor. While she strives to maintain efficiency, her impatience can sometimes overshadow the friendly atmosphere that Fenik prides itself on.“

“In all honesty…I was out with my dad shopping and we stopped in for some ice cream. I, watching my fat intake and full from lunch still, was not really up for dessert yet…I did order a small scoop of salted Carmel chocolate truffle. My good peeps that have made it this far…if at all you are looking for some great creamy sugary deliciousness in a fall fashion that is not just pumpkin, get it. It is rich, strong in flavor and the chocolate truffle bites though large are perfect. My dad ordered butter pecan and just loved the way the nuts were still crispy with great flavor though he would tell you that the ice cream itself was lacking the great flavor of Howard Johnson’s had in their ice cream. Great visit. Good people.“

It tastes delicious, it's near the schools so parents and kids can grab some ice cream, and it's right across from Hot Dog Heaven, just in case it's closed, which it usually is during the winter. (Hot Dog Heaven serves ice-cream, don't worry)Parking: The parking is small, I'll be the first to admit that, but it's usually not that full unless it's a busy day, which it usually isn't.“

I stopped there the other day got a delicious chocolate milkshake took a drink sat it I'm my cup holder then went to take another drink and I guess the lid wasn't on good and it literally fell from my hands and spilled all over my car.Filled both cuphokders, splattered all over my touch screen, my windshield and all over the passenger side. “Culver's is a great fast food chain. The burgers are very good - I highly recommend the sourdough melt as a very yummy patty melt. Get the cheese curds. This particular Culver's had extra helpful and friendly staff. And, of course, the frozen custard is a can't miss (the classic soft serve is superior to the special mix in offerings - it holds its body better, doesn't start out too melty).“
