If you haven't tried this place you must. They have the best waffles and flap jacks you've ever tasted. This has been favorite of mine for years. Very down home and friendly.

They have the hulk, with sausage, bacon, eggs, and cheese, or the juggernaut, which is the same thing but with fried chicken and pepper jack cheese.
