“I did a 5000 mile 100+ ice cream shop trip a few years ago and continuously tried ice cream shops everywhere I went. I rode over 80,000 miles on by motorcycle last year alone. Ice cream, custard and Gelato are my favorite foods. Graeter's is one of the best chain ice cream shops I have been fortunate enough to visit. The store in Hilliard, Ohio is outstanding and they look out for military. I have been here many times in the last month. Well done Graeter's!“

“The parking area was a little difficult to find. Only four spots in the back. There is an entry only and exit only.The ice cream (custard) was sooo smooth and creamy. Waaay better than typical soft serve or frozen yogurt. Not to mention very favorable. Staff was very nice and the service was fast. Was really busy when we went but still fast service. Will definitely come back again.“

“My family and I frequent this location multiple times a week and we have never had a bad experience! The management is very attentive and kind to their staff. The kids working always look like they are working hard and having a good time while still staying positive with every customer interaction. When dealing with the public, that is not always easy.For those who keep comparing the current owners to previous owners: move on. Your feelings reek of racism. The group running this location obviously cares about their employees and providing excellent customer service. I witness it all the time while waiting in line. You’re all just sour because you don’t get to treat their employees like second-class citizens while they sit back and take it.Also, for those who are always salty because this business has posted hours and closes when they say, tough! Stop showing up last minute and expecting to be served after they close. The world does not revolve around any one person and that includes all the divas that regularly show their ugly sides in person and online for this business.Keep up the great work, DQ! You will always have my family’s business!!!Kid-friendliness: I love that you allow the kids to stand out front and try to get people to honk at them. So fun!Parking: The drive thru is kind of tight to navigate and Hilliard drivers have no concept of anyone besides themselves in the parking lot, so be careful! But there is plenty of parking.“

“My only complaint would be that the semisweet CC isn’t always an option. Personally think it’s better than the regular milk chocolate ha! Love the variety, rotation of flavor options, softness and served warm (or chilled if needed). So good they often don’t all make the drive home!“

“First, everything was good. I feel like this place is trying to be a kid place but also an adult place. If I want to relax and have a decadent treat with a little zip, I would be looking for a place less like an ice cream parlor and more like a bar/dessert place.That being said, the ice cream was very good. I enjoyed the flights and the suggested combinations and staff were very welcoming.“

“We saw Culver's as a lunch option on the map. When we pulled into the parking lot we were surprised how full the lot was. We expected long lines and trouble finding a seat. We were 2nd in line when we entered. There were a few tables available, and all of them were CLEAN. Our food was served very quickly. Kudos on friendly efficient service!“

“I can’t believe I’ve never left a review for jeni’s! I love Jeni’s! Icecream has always been a favorite food of mine and jeni’s has an absolutely perfect texture with fun and unique flavors to match. I truly believe jeni’s takes icecream to the next level with the depth of their flavors and consistency. The icecream is expensive but is worth it for a treat every once in a while.The employees do a great job of articulating what’s in the icecream which elevates the whole experience.They regularly come out with new and limited flavors so it’s always fun to come and try something with the hype. Most recently they had their eclipse flavors which were delicious on their own but also paired perfectly together. Also their waffle cones ? and they compliment the icecream perfectly! Mmmm“

“A Grandview favorite of mine with a huge assortment of unique ice cream flavors and flavors that accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions including gluten-free, nut free, and dairy free. The space is rather cozy which may make it difficult for wheelchair users to completely navigate. The line to order itself is rather narrow when chairs are pushed away from the wall and though the bathroom is completely accessible once inside the space provided to reach the bathroom is too slim for any wheelchair. This may pose an issue for those with mobility disabilities. There is also a lack of handicap buttons entering and exiting the establishment. Other than that, there is plenty of accessible seating including a rounded nook with a table low enough for a wheel chair user to pull right up with tons of outdoor seating with lower set tables. Though decorated with color and lights, I found that it was very clean, quiet and far from overwhelming for individuals with sensory disabilities. The staff was friendly and attentive at all moments as well! Hope this helps anyone who needs it! Enjoy!“

“If you really like or even love cookies, this place is a really good option. The choices are few, but I'm partial to chocolate chip so I'm always covered. However, I've tried a few of the others, and they're not bad.The service at this location is pretty good. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order, even when they were busy. The ordering process is pretty simple. There are ordering kiosks available, or you can place an online order, which speeds thing up even more.My only issue is that you are forced to buy their massive cookies every time. They have smaller cookies, but they're only available with their catering. These should be available as purchase options as well.Other than that, I would recommend them if you're looking to satisfy that sweet craving.“

“So many unique and delicious flavors that can't be found anywhere else in Central Ohio or even the Midwest. Truly a local gem. Love that you can get samples and figure out which ice cream you like best before ordering. We live a solid half an hour away and come as often as we can during ice cream season because it's worth it! :)“

“Graeters is amazing!!!! It's a cute little local ice cream shop and always happens to be very busy, I assume it's popular with the locals. My first couple times going there, I had to disclose that I have a peanut allergy because I got a cone (I've worker at Culvers, I'm familiar with how they store/use all the ice cream scoopers in the same water and for multiple different flavors), and I felt that one of the workers (a girl, I didn't get her name) was annoyed about it. I get it, having an allergy is embarrassing enough and I know there are annoying protocols, especially when I feel not all those are necessary to follow for my SPECIFIC allergy, but the workers have to follow it all, and for that I'm sorry!! Eventually I just started getting their Island Blast smoothie because there would be no space for cross contamination there with the shake machine or ingredients, and it was so, sooo good! It obviously wasn't real fruit that they included, you can tell it was artificial flavoring or powder/juice, but nonetheless it was still delicious!! Highly recommend this place, they have tons of flavors and will let you sample them before you commit!“

“Wow! Our family was extremely impressed with the unique desserts, including mango crepe pie and fresh, fruity frozen yogurt! We were delighted to watch our frozen yogurt get mixed, spread, and formed into exquisite rolls by hand! The decor inside was very cute, too! Definitely a special place!“

“I currently live too far from this particular location, or any of them, unfortunately. However, I can tell you it's worth visiting a Rita's if you get the chance. They do not disappoint with their authentically fruit flavored Italian ice and creamy custards! I highly recommend the apple ice with vanilla custard. But, they have many varieties that really satisfy on a hot summer day. Treat yourself!“

“Fourth of July. Late afternoon. We stopped by for dinner. First visit ever. Friendly, professional staff. Our burgers were made to order right in front of us. Toppings were fresh. Perfectly grilled to medium/well. Shoestring fries were great. Chocolate shakes, hand made, were to die for. This was the best burger ever. Better than Five Guys….better than anybody’s! You will not be disappointed. If you live 50:miles away, I promise it’s worth the trip.“

“Drove cross town to get donuts. Posted hours online and on their door says 7 to 3. They are closed at 1pm. Great customer service!!! There were somebody actually in the store and when I asked them when they would be open again they pointed at the sign. the same sign that says they should be open right now! For the 10 minutes it took me to write this post..4 different customers tried to visit. Guess yawl got enough money... don't need the business. Not even a sign saying why you are closed. Meanwhile 2 employees are inside cleaning... watching us like we stupid... cause we think you should be open. Guess I'll go back to supporting the local bakeries that have been here!!“

“This is my neighborhood ice cream shop. Good service and great location. Needs more dairy free options but they at least have some.Vegetarian options: If you're vegan they usually only have two dairy free ice cream flavors. They're good but the selection is limited.Dietary restrictions: If you have a dairy allergy and are determined to go here there are always at least two dairy free options. Make sure they know you're allergic of course.“

“Someone recommended this place so we thought we'd give it a try. It was very clean inside and out. The people behind the counter were friendly. I got a mocha chip ice cream on a wafer cone. It was so creamy and tasty. The coffee flavor wasn't as strong as other coffee ice cream that I've had, but it was still good. One scoop was a good amount. It was a little pricey - over $5.“

“I visited Columbus to have my dog evaluated at the Ohio State Veterinary Clinic. I received some difficult news and decided to drown my sorrow in ice cream. I wish I could recall the name of the young man behind the counter to give credit where credit is due. He could tell that something was wrong and went out his way to help me pick out a dish and be nice. It wasn't much, but it helped. So, thank you to that young man for what he did. Oh... and the ice cream was great too. My dog enjoyed his pup cup and I had a Bucky ice Sunday with hot fudge and pecans.“

We tried the strawberry banana and mexican wedding cake shakes along with strawberry watermelon and a pineapple crush teas. Delicious! Lots of flavors to choose from and the shakes are quite filling!! 24g of protein in the shakes so it is an excellent meal replacement for me. Half through and I am very satisfied. 100% love it.“
