It's sad bc it's the closest place to grab a bite to eat while I'm at work, but I've gone here plenty of times over the years and it's a pretty shoddy experience about 90% of the time. They've legit ran out of beef halfway into the day. The food is usually pretty disappointing. Shannon D is a really great cook. She makes sure everything is fresh and made correctly. I can’t say that about every Taco Bell because most have cold gross food but each time she works our food is fresh, and made correctly even if I change up the ingredients. She looks and knows how to make the food the way we want! Such a hard worker. Will definitely keep coming.

It’s Taco Bell food was fresh and warm, the service not so much, rude customer service at the drive thru tonight , overall it satisfied my craving but customer service needs to have friendly cashiers and not people who just slam the window shut
