“I recently left a 5 star review but unfortunately that had drastically changed. Do not get me wrong, they have good food. BUT, Twice in a row now, I've been ripped off by this store. Online they have deals and twice I've tried ordering the '16" xl 1 topping pizza and 6 Pepperoni rolls for $25.99'. After 5 minutes of being on hold because nobody knew what deals they had, i was finally able to redeme the online deal. This last time ordering, we got home and realized they gave us a 12" pizza.... i thought the pizza looked small when my husband got home but we were hungry. it wasnt until the next day, i noticed the bottom of the box says 12". soooo, instead of getting an extra large, we got a small? either update your website and deals, or educate your staff on the deals you have!! $26 for a small pizza and 6 skimpy Pepperoni rolls??? The girl working at Gionino's tonight was happy to take my order at 2 min to close. Great customer service and the pizza was great too! Delicious meat pizza!
