Ordered Commercial Break snack pack. No problems ordering. Delivery was horrible. Didn't follow directions. Left outside in 5° cold. Ice cream was missing. Called the store and said would figure it out and get it to me. Didn't ask my name or order #. Still waiting an hour later for that to arrive. This was my 1st and last time ordering. Update: After another call to the store I was told it would be delivered soon. This time actually confirmed who I was and order number. Now almost another 1.5 hours still nothing. 3 hours so far waiting for this to be fixed.
