Last day of a long business trip. Decided to try this place for breakfast after our hotel shut down breakfast earlier than expected.We enjoyed the breakfast flatbread and muffins. Coffee was good. Service was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stop in again if we get this way.

I’ve been here a few times recently and the food is always good (more specifically breakfast because I haven’t tried anything else yet), the service is always super friendly and the coffee is really good! Not sure what else you’d be looking for.

Their front end service needs a lot of work. They take call-ahead “reservations” that lead to a very disjointed seating and waiting experience. I come here often because the food and drinks are good and the prices are fair. The last time I visited I waited over an hour to be seated when I was originally told 30-40 minutes because of the amount of people who had called ahead. They need a better system that’s fair to all patrons. If they make changes in this area it will greatly elevate the overall experience of coming here.

We love our Sips family and my daughters rave over the "baby-cinos" (a cappuccino for kiddos! Aka steamed milk).... just love this place! and a big thank you for all you do for this community too ??
