I know that their service seems slow, BUT everything is being made to order and doesn’t seem to have sat under a hot light for hours. I’m willing to make that trade-off for food done right. “We stopped here on a trip to Columbus and we were pleased with our meal. Their food is nothing out of the ordinary, but it's a safe bet if you like American/BBQ.The staff was friendly, and there was almost no wait at all. Give it a shot if you're in the area.“

“The Barn is a different Cameron Mitchell restaurant. The food overall is excellent. A couple of the side dishes were a little over salted. The service was great. However, I would suggest if making a reservation o the weekend opt to ask for dining room area rather than bar area. The energy is nice, but it was so loud, couldn't hear the person across the table . Even the waiter had to raise his voice to be heard by all the people in our party of 6. The steaks were excellent, cooked perfectly and the pork chop ordered by my son was absolutely delicious per him. A really nice piece of meat.“

“If you like seafood definitely have to try this place. For my first time it was very good. The shrimp and crab legs were perfect. The shrimp in the bottom was a little over cooked but I’m not complaining. It was sitting in the juice and still tasted better than most places I have tried. Well worth it for the price and I definitely will be back!“

“One of the best Thai food restaurants around columbus. Little far from Dublin/columbus area but worth the drive once in a while. Food taste is great and they have option to change the spice level. Calamari appetizer is one of the best i have had anywhere. Pad Kee Mao and Pad See Ew were great too. The restaurant is busy most of the time so service is not up to the mark.“

“I see they have locations around town; I've been to other seafood boil places but I don't think to any of theirs. Strip-mall, unassuming from the outside, dark and "nautical" on the inside. Nice, not fancy. No frills- because you are going to be making a mess. Paper on the tables, rolls of paper towels handy. I got the basics, their standard boil, L1 I think: shrimp (no heads but peel 'em,) crab (crack 'em,) sausage, with an egg and corn cob and a potato. I could easily have eaten another corn and egg, and the potato came in handy, along with the other extras, to take a break between shoveling seafood in my mouth. Got their house seasoning, which seems like a cross between Old Bay and garlic butter. Went with medium spice; I like heat, but you just never know from place to place. They brought the bag, plus a bucket and bib and gloves. I used the bib as a precaution but would have been okay without it, perhaps by sheer luck. Gloves helped. They brought a cracker and a normal fork; I asked for a skinny fork and they brought one. Loads of food, perfectly cooked. Tender big shrimp, crab with a decent amount of meat in the legs and knuckles, lots of pretty good sausage. The flavor, and the heat, seemed lacking at first. But they both built along the way, either just in my mouth or from the food sitting in the liquid. Mmm. Very good. The heat ended up lower than a medium, I would say. But I like spice so YMMV. I would go up a notch or two next time. Service was friendly and fast, though minimal. I came right when they opened and was the only one there for a bit. Expensive, but it's seafood and a lot of it. Not quite as good as the best boil places I've been to, but pretty good, and I left stuffed with good food.“

“The location is ok, but it's always the little spots that have some of the best food.. I ordered some fried chicken and fries, it was so good. I love whatever seasoning they put on top, and I got a piece of pie it's not like a homemade, but it had nice flavoring to it. I will be back for their fish“

“I'll start with I travel to Columbus from the deep South regularly so I know what a good bowl of gumbo is. Perhaps I'm a little spoiled but I want to give an honest review but, this is just my humble opinion. The two orders of Gumbo I received were watered down to a soup consistency. Gumbo in the South is thick like chowder. With a little more rue added it would have been really good. All the flavors of the South were in there and really tasty. Also the shrimp in the gumbo pictures on the website are nice and fat like gulf shrimp used down South. What I received in my 2 cups was closer to popcorn shrimp. But it was still shrimp so I was okay with it and since I was in Columbus the selection of shrimp may be limited so I suppose you have to settle somewhat for what is available in the local area. The workers were nice and told me the owner was from Bama so I knew he knows good gumbo.. The price was about the same as what I pay down South so no complaints there. I'll be passing through Columbus again in about a week or so and will stop in for a second round. Perhaps I got served from a fresh pot that didn't have time to cook down and thicken. All in all it was really tasty so give them some support by trying something of the menu and see what you think. After I try round 2 I'll upgrade my review if the gumbo is a little thicker and the shrimp is like the size pictured. If not I'll just try other things that are on the menu to see what I like best. “My family had JD’s today and everything was hot and delicious! My son said the all beef hot dog was BUSSIN! Lol but seriously the whole wings were crispy and flavorful. The macaroni was cheesy and the baked beans were just right (lots of flavor and just enough sweet. We also order some whiting and it was crispy and flavorful. All the staff were welcoming and nice. I wish I took a photo but I was too hungry. Closed Monday and Tuesday FYI. Anywho check them out!“

“The restaurant is clean, friendly service and the food is amazing. My favorite is the oxtail dish, the dibi lamb is very tasty, tried the jollof rice for the first time and it was delicious. I also tried the lamb shawarma, so good. I'm still working my way to taste everything on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant; definitely a must to try. “I've been wanting to try M&M Chicken for some time now, but never quite find myself in that area at the same time that I have an appetite for fish.Well, I've been there twice and both times I've had the catfish. I've gotta say, it's golden delicious. Nice and flakey as I need it, great temperature with that "scenty" steam when you break it open. The flavor is on point, but kicked to the next level if you allow him to add lemon pepper seasoning to it. Sometimes, you may decide not to add tartar sauce and that, is a sign of a great tasting fish.They do provide bread which is good because it's great as a sandwich. But it's just as good if you eat it alone.The fries are nice and crispy, rounding out the meal perfectly. The only downside is the cramped parking, but that's not enough to hurt my decision to go back. The food is great. One day I may even try something different, but you know me, that creature of habit...“

“Food is great but I dont think anyone appreciates when you close 2-2.5 hours before your posted closing time every night. If you close at 7pm or 6:30pm Sunday-Thursday but 9pm is posted on your door then update it on the door atleast and update the hours on Google to follow whats on your door. Friday and Saturday is supposed to be 10pm but they will close between 8-9pm. Just be more professional and let the customers know.“
