“Excellent cannolli cake! Its a slice for two people.... Best value desert they have! Creamy, custurdy filling and moist cake layers. Topped with chocolate chips.... Gotta have that crunch! Today's Easter brunch was no exception; not only did everything on the buffet taste fresh, but the staff continually replenished the food to ensure everyone was able to enjoy it. “This is our favorite Chinese place. I love noodles and they have a good variety of noodles. Lo Meij, Chow Fun (dry), etc.This isn't the typical Americanized Chinese where most entrees are in either a sweet orange sauce or a bland white or brown sauce. This is much more in line with authentic Chinese and each dish has its own unique flavor. My favorites are the Sea, Wind and Fire and the Blackened Steak for meat entrees. The beef is also higher quality than many typical Chinese restaurant.For vegetables, I'm not a huge fan of the texture of eggplant, but I love the Chinese Eggplant and how it's prepared here. The Chinese Broccoli and Bok Choy are also good options.If you are dining there, the experience is pleasant. The place is tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are clean. But like most places, they can use a little more help on the service side. However, it's clear everybody is working hard and it's not a problem unless you are just trying to get through your meal quickly as possible.“

“I travel frequently and always search out Indian cuisine. I stumbled across this little place quite by accident, the small parking lot was full so I figured the local people knew something. That’s a serious understatement, this place stands toe to toe with any Indian Restaurant I’ve ever been in, and I frequent Indian Restaurants all over. My work takes me to different areas, so I think I have experience with different cuisines. This place is a real treasure, if I lived closer, I would be a regular. I encouraged the owner to open a branch in my small university town, but he’s got a jewel of a restaurant right here. Take my word for it, hands down one of the best dining experiences anywhere!“

And the Nacho plate was too! Subbed out the chicken and beef -they are shredded not diced or ground - for chorizo.“

“Excellent atmosphere and food. There appeared to be some confusion among the servers on several occasions on issues I couldn't discern. Plus, they also appeared a bit harried at times too. As well, the service was a bit "uneven" on several occasions during the meal. And, more specifically, when my table was cleared between courses, silverware was not automatically replenished. Plus, there were noticeable gaps in getting my table cleared between courses.“

“A bit slower pace restaurant but not bad. Gave you time to relax. We arrived at 4:45 and saw they had an early bird menu. My friend had shrimp scampi over angel hair pasta for I believe $12.95. She said it was very good. It came with bread and a dinner salad. I had an 8oz prime rib dinner that was also good. It was cooked medium as requested. It came with Salas, baked potato and bread for $17.95. It's an older restaurant and it shows but it was clean. Our server was very nice. I heard people saying the steaks were good so I plan to go back and try one. All prices seemed very reasonable. Overall it was a pleasant experience.“

“Visited El Palenque with friends from work. All of us said the food was good. We had burritos, chicken quesadillas, and one had soup. Carlos was our server and he was very attentive. Excellent service!!! If we asked for something, we received it immediately. Excellent service is rare now and days. So big kudos to Carlos and the staff that assisted him. Oh yes, the drinks we had were tasty too....Pina colada, strawberry margarita, sangria, and beer . I would go back to eat there again!“

“I just moved to Cleveland this weekend and my mom was in town helping me settle in and we wanted a nice dinner. We chose don's and couldnt be happier with our decision. We sat in the dining room and I ordered a sangria (delish) we got calamari (best calamari ive ever had outside of europe) i got filet and shrimp (also delish) and she got the steak oscar and hasnt stopped talking about how good it was. We also split the chocolate mousse which again is the best ive had outside of europe. Aside from that, our server was phenomenal. he was funny, kind and attentive. When i told him i just moved here he wrote me a list of places in the area to try. i really appreciated this. I plan on bringing my mom back to Cleveland and to Don's for her birthday in October. our total was $135 for all that I listed. Not bad at all considering the quality of the food and the service!“

The doors advertisement caught my eye and decided to go there instead. 10/10 of experience. It’s sooooooo HARD TO FIND GREAT FOOD FOR A REASONABLE COST THESE DAYS.
