“This was fun experience and the food was amazing! Portions were good for minimal waste and there were lots of sauce options for cooking. We opted to get the Hot Pot and the BBQ, but you can certainly pick one or the other. We will definitely be going back! Also our waitress Sam was very attentive we enjoyed her service!”

“Beaucoup Bucks at Bucci's. Prices were kinda high for quantity not necessarily for its quality. We had 14 person bday party on a Sunday afternoon. Pretty busy in there. Nice ambiance but really kinda loud probably since it's so tight in there. We had 2 servers, & were great. They let us bring our own cakes in & servers brought it out w/ candles so that was perfect. My Buccis burger was tasty & a large size. It only came w/ chips so I subbed salad for $3 so it was $17 which was a bit steep. The bruschetta was good but the toastinis were super hard - all crunch & no chew so it exploded as you bit it. Not many of us ate them therefore. Others got the French onion soup & calamari which were unfinished so not sure they loved em. The steak was reported good but a pretty penny. My two cousins next to me got 2 apps 2 entrees & 2 sodas and their bill was $90! Wow. Although the kids meal chicken tenders was huge & a great value. Nice place & good food w/ robust prices.”

We had reservations and were told when we arrived that we could either sit at a hightop or sit outside. Since we did have a reservation, I would have expected to have been offered a table especially since one of the members of our party is in her late 80"s. We chose outside although it was warm it was windy, and with the music speaker above our table we had a difficult time conversing with each other, not ideal.”

Fajita Amigos was great and the stuffed poblano was one of the best I've had in a long time. It was so fresh, I could cut it with my fork--no knife needed! Paid a little more than we expected, but will definitely go back when we're in the area.”

“We took our mom here when we were I. Town visiting. And all I can say is WOW. I spoke to one of the cooks after our mean and completed him on the food. In our brief conversation he said he had been there for a while and planned on retiring from there one day. Our waitress was fantastic and she also stated it was the best place ahead of ever worked and would never leave it. She shared a personal story of one of her longtime customers with us as well. And when my mom asked for the bill at the same time I did her reply was fantastic she said” Trivia would not be happy if he knew I gave the bill to a mother”. So that ended the debate on payment. The food was absolutely amazing as well. We can’t wait to go back. Oh and their cannoli is to die for.”

“This was a Delivery Order on 8/2/23:I ordered the Turkey Dave and they were out of Turkey. They tried to call and let me know but I didn’t get to my phone in time. The person who made my sandwich improvised and made me something else that was DELICIOUS and also sent me a kind apology note about the Turkey and a free cookie. 10/10 customer service. You have some good employees that work for you, I hope you appreciate them!I tried to call and say thank you but no answer since it’s almost closing time, so a review will have to do. :)”

“BEST Pizza I Have Ever Ate !! It was 2 thumbs up plus , No complaints it was delicious . We was staying @ the Best Western in Strongsville Ohio & Had the munchies, We seen their menu there before & Never tried it , So we decided that we was going to try it & When we go back, we will definitely order pizza again . Hands Down. 2 plus Thumbs up . We got our pizza in about 20 minutes, Even though we was told it would be about 45 minutes 2 an hour . The delivery driver was very friendly & Very nice gentleman. If ur in the Strongsville area & Hungry 4 Pizza I would highly recommend that u try this place . Can’t wait 2 go back & eat some more delicious pizza again .”

“I went last night with some friends for the all you can eat crab legs, they were hands down the best crab legs I've ever had! The service was outstanding, the longest we waited for a refill of crab legs was maybe 5 minutes. The servers were all extraordinarily friendly and helpful! I will definitely be coming back here! I'm not sure how anyone is the other reviews could be unhappy! The regular food menu looked great as well!”

“I recently had a party catered on 4/13/24 by the North Royalton location. I just want to start off by saying everything was great! From the time I ordered it a week prior and working with Tina, to the delivery service being on time and the food hot and ready. Wonderful service! People were raving about the food, especially the fried chicken. We were a little bit past their delivery area, but they still delivered to us. I would recommend Mama Julianne’s Pizza for everyday and catering needs!”

“We went here twice. Be prepared for long but efficient lines. The wait was approximately 10 minutes. They have an order to how they do things. Staff is friendly and efficient in serving ice cream. If you're into trying a variety of flavors - select the Taster'a Duo or Taster's Trio. It's junior scoops of ice cream but when you stack them up, it's more than enough for one person! We enjoyed multiple flavors, including fresh mint, double chocolate chunk, cookies and cream, fresh strawberry, and cookie dough. They have folding doors that open when it's nice out. The vibe is modern and bright. They have a model train that has a track around the ceiling. It would be a good idea to have a staff member take 10 minutes here and there to pickup trash on the floor and wipe tables / floors since there are so many people that go through here. There is parking out front and a green space. They have indoor and outdoor seating.”

Everyone went wild for the lusciously creamy texture and the decadent flavors. My colleague couldn't believe how delicious the gluten free options were. “This negative review is purely down to repeatedly bad service from one particular individual. Its a shame as we love the food, and the staff are mostly really nice, especially the Irish guy, he's a great dude! And very very funny/ friendly. This is the third time we have come here while this particular bar lady is working, and she is rude, dismissive, and flat out ignores you no matter how much you try to talk to her for service. Our last two visits she's just standing at the bar chatting to her mates ignoring the customers. I still recommend this place, but she definitely ruins it (the people next to us felt the same after waiting 20 minutes for service, while we waited 25 minutes for our check - it wasn't busy, she was just hanging with her friends), she really needs some kind of training. Next time we come in, if she's on the bar, we will just leave and come another time.”

The issue I have here is that the waitress did not inform me before she totaled my bill. I was paying in cash so this didn't apply to me. The waitress happily corrected it, but it all could have been avoided earlier.”

“Some solid sub sandwiches. Really fresh ingredients coupled with in-house baked bread really elevate the standard sandwich experience. Nice selection of different themed subs, with cold and hot choices.. Or you can just build your own. Ordered the Chicken Philly and was very scrumptious. Grilled chicken was tender and seasoned, provolone melted just right and the sautéed onion/pepper/mushroom brought it all together. There were quite a few tables open but most were not wiped down or clean, not sure if the staff just missed them or they got busy prior? But they were friendly and courteous so Idk! Will have to return to try more out! ??”
